First Minister asks people to do an LFT before leaving the house to somewhere other people are

These are NOT free tests

There is the cost of the box of tests from China. Some have estimated £8 per test.

This advice could cost a fortune
The First Minister obviously has no confidence in the vaccine passports then because if you have one he wants you to do a test.

🚨🚨 Healthcare staff have been told to start preparing for the mass vaccination of primary school children in anticipation of approval by regulators.

➡️ JCVI did not think the health benefits to older children warranted mass vaccines so this seems dodgy

The Chief Medical Officers overruled the JCVI and started the vaccination to older children.
Based on the evidence I have seen my personal opinion is there is little benefit for healthy children to have a vaccine to reduce them catching a virus that in the main has little effect.

But I am pro choice although I'm not sure many parents understand the risk/reward here.

I can only assume the facts don't fit with a narrative Jeremy wants to broadcast which is somewhat shocking on the BBC.

Jeremy Vine is paid £300k of our tax payers money to turn up, talk to a few people and play records for two hours a day.

Well @theJeremyVine has ignored my offer to talk through the facts on Covid despite being a former colleague.

I am confused why he wants to spread misinformation on a Public Service Broadcaster and ignore any offer to correct this.

My TV tax goes towards his wages
His colleagues over on BBC Radio Wales have no problem with me presenting the information in a balanced way.

🚨🚨There are 5,997 #Covid19 patients in hospital in #England.

◾️ Covid patients account for around 5% of general and acute beds

◾️ Total cases in hospital 55% lower than this time last year

◾️ 1 in 4 in with Covid but not because of it
% of #Covid19 patients in adult critical care in England unchanged latest week.

➡️ Slight increase for non Covid patients.

◾️ 20% (866) of critical care beds have #Covid19 patients
◾️ 61% (2,605) have non-Covid19
◾️ 19% (833) of beds are unoccupied
