Shree Raja Rajeshwara Swamy temple located in Rajanna Sircilla district, Telangana. One of the oldest temples in India constructed around 760-800 CE. This temple is also known as "Dakshina Kasi". Lord Shiva is worshipped as Sri Raha Rajeshwara Swamy at this place. ImageImage
And Maa Parvati is worshipped as Raja Rajeshwari devi. Inscriptions on rocks around the temple states that the place was capital of Vemulawada Chalukyas that ruled present day Telangana, parts of Andhra pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra between 7 and 10 century CE

The temple is a pure marvel. It is intricately carved besides that the temple is built in such a scientific way that the West couldn't even dream about!

The Modhera Sun temple, located in the village of Modhera in the district of Mehsena, Gujarat, built by king Bhima 1 of the chalukya dynasty. The temple is situated on the bank of river Pushpavati.
Modhera finds a mention in the ancient scriptures like skanda purana and bramha purana. The old texts also refer to Modhera and its surrounding areas as Dharmaranya or the forest of Righteousness.

One of the most prominent temple- The Martand Surya Temple, located in Mattan, J&K. The temple is currently in ruins. It was destroyed by Sikinder Shah also known as Sikander butshikan. Butshikan translates to "IDOL BREAKER"

The temple was destroyed, burnt then razed to the ground by Sikander butshikan. Despite his and his army's best efforts, many of the stones, pillars, sculptures was too difficult to destroy. It took many years to destroy the temple for him.
The temple has various intricate carvings of devatas. The faces has been destroyed but yet identifiable. The temple is built in such a way that the sun rays falls throughout the day on the idol. ImageImageImage

Goddess Bhadrakali temple, located in Warangal district of Telangana Is the original owner of the Koh-i-noor diamond. Koh-i-Noor was originally mined from world famous diamond mine "Kollur mine".
King Pulakesi II of Chalukya dynasty around 625 AD to commemorate his victory over Vengi region of Andhra Desam, constructed Goddess Bhadrakali temple, and later the Kakatiyas installed the Koh-i-noor diamond in the left eye of Goddess Bhadrakali and made her as their Kuladevata.

Athi-varadar- The deity who gives darshan once in 40 years has given his darshan recently from july 01,2019 till August 18, 2019. Located in Vishnu Kanchi, Tamilnadu.
The deity of Athi harwar is one among the four deities of Lord Varadaraja worshipped by Lord Bramha. It is said that the deity was carved out of fog tree wood by Vishwakarma in Satya Yuga.
This was the Mula-Vigraha worshipped in the sanctum of Kanchi Varadaraja Perumal temple.

Destroying places of worship of hindus is a trademark sign of Islamic Invaders. They don't create wonders instead dismantle them, in some cases building mosques over them not out of devotion towards their god but the intent of "dismantling Sanatan dharma" in which they failed.
In new delhi, there is a mosque adjacent to Qutub Minar, called Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque (Might of Islam). It was built from the ruins of 27 Hindu and Jain temples. One of the commander of Mohammad gauri called Qutubdin aibak destroyed these 27 temples.
Qutubdin aibak did not completely destroyed the existing temples over there. He built a mosque using the ruins, remains and few materials of the temple.
Even today there are sculptures of devatas like ganesh, lord Vishnu, Yaksha, and some hindu symbols like kalash, lotus etc..

Malik kafur was one of the prominent slave generals of Alauddin khilji. In 1311, Kafur’s army breached the Pandya empire via the pass at present-day Thoppur and attempted to capture Vira Pandya, Kulasekara Pandya’s son.
Unable to do so, he then proceeded towards to ransack the temple in Chidambaram and then turned to Srirangam, Which was very popular for its richness/wealth.Kafur’s army entered the Srirangam temple via its northern enclosures.
