Humans only use 2% of their brain's capacity. Here's how to use the other 98%.

(thread)
The other 98% is the unconscious mind, aka your internal super computer, your connection to infinite intelligence.

The reason humans do not engage it often is because they believe they can only do things within what their 2% mind thinks is possible... (next)
As a result they set 2% goals like "Get a high paying job" or "get a degree from X university.

They look at what's slightly above average, and determine that there is a foreseeable course of action to achieve that thing, and they engage their 2% brain to make it happen.
Imagine if the majority of humans thought like Elon Musk or Kanye West or Steve Jobs and literally believed that anything was possible.

Only when you believe anything is possible, and you set "absurd goals", like going to mars, or becoming the biggest artist on the planet...
Only then do you automatically activate the 98% of the brain, the unconscious mind, your hidden friend, your internal super computer.

This is the secret.

How to Build Bullet-Proof Confidence without being rich, or handsome:

Our minds are an on/off system that can be programmed over time to believe certain things and our experience of reality is simply the result of those beliefs...
When we experience something or think of something we stack a rock on a particular set of scales in our mind, either positive or negative. Each belief is a scale and whatever side has the most rocks on it that’s what we believe.

What we believe is our reality.
