How to Build Bullet-Proof Confidence without being rich, or handsome:

Our minds are an on/off system that can be programmed over time to believe certain things and our experience of reality is simply the result of those beliefs...
When we experience something or think of something we stack a rock on a particular set of scales in our mind, either positive or negative. Each belief is a scale and whatever side has the most rocks on it that’s what we believe.

What we believe is our reality.

The following outlines the 4 Step Process to Stacking Rocks on the positive side of your scale to optimize for CONFIDENCE:

Thesis: You can transcend any insecurity & instead build bulletproof confidence in that particular area...

The process is called "fear-neutralization".
Step 1: Create a list you will see every single day. Title the list, “Positive Reference Experiences” & list all positive memories you may be forgetting that reinforce you living up to the new belief you are looking to adopt.

Examples to follow... 👇🏽
Example: Let’s say you have low confidence in your sexual ability

“Positive Sexual Reference Experiences”
1.) After I hooked up with person X, they asked where I learned how to do ‘that’
2.) When I hooked up with person Y, they told me they would love to see me again

and so on.
Step 2: Once you’ve exhausted your positive memories, continue the list of now your top 5 WORST memories -

List out as many SPECIFIC real-life instances that occurred in your life in which this fear or pattern played out, and the benefits of that thing happening.
Example:

When person Q cheated on me, I felt terrible and felt it confirmed I was awful in bed. It made me feel like no person would ever be satisfied with me in a relationship.

However, really looking at it I realized that if this hadn’t have happened...
I probably would have stayed dating them for even longer. I would have wasted years of my life only to find out they were not the one for me.

Also - soon as the cheating happened, I hit a low point and that low point motivated me to build myself and my business to new levels.
So I’m actually grateful I got cheated on, and if I get cheated on again - it will be a good thing in the long run!

See? Step 2 is all about reframing old negative beliefs and systematically turning them all into beliefs that support your new CONFIDENT reality.
Step 3.) Neutralize the fantasy.

We all have fantasies about how we WISH we wish our life would be.

In this step, we will be neutralizing the fantasies by coming up with evidence that maybe our fantasy actually is not as amazing as we think it is.
So for example, let's say we have a fantasy of being incredible at 'flirting' with people we are attracted to.

We imagine that we are smooth, charismatic, and funny, and as a result have tons of people we are attracted to hitting us up all the time to hangout and go on dates.
This is obviously not an awful reality to fantasize about... However, it can cause some distortion in our life and also prevent us from accepting the likely perfectly good reality we have now.

To neutralize this fantasy, think of all the potential negatives of this reality.
For example - let's say you are incredible at flirting and have people you're attracted to hitting you up all the time.

This could have a couple negative affects:

1.) It could make it hard to focus on your life's purpose...
2.) It could make it hard to find someone who is truly a good fit for you since you're only ever attracting more and more physically attractive people into your life.

3.) As a result of that you might end up having lots of casual sex which can ruin your ability to pair bond.
So ultimately, perhaps being extremely good at flirtation is NOT as an amazing reality as you had previously chalked it up to be.

This is great, as now you have a more neutral position in life to know to pursue goals and fantasies that actually fulfill you.
Step 4.) Neutralize that past positive reference experiences...

Now that we have neutralized our fantasies, and shown the actual positives of past memories and potential future fears...

The very last step is to neutralize past positive reference experiences.
The way we do this is by listing out all the memories in which our 'fantasy' happened 'the way we wanted it to', and then by coming up with a list of reasons this experience actually was NOT good for us in the long run.

For example...
Let's say there was a time in our past we remember being extremely confident during a presentation. We crushed it, and everyone congratulated us on our performance.

Well, what were the negatives of that situation?
Well for one - perhaps this made you complacent and for a little while, you thought weyoudid not have to practice as much. This then made you rusty the next presentation & even rustier in communication skills.

Because you thought you were perfect, you failed to sharpen the saw.
To summarize Steps 1-4 for Bulletproof Confidence:

Choose what you want to be confident in — then:

1.) Neutralize your past negative memories
2.) Neutralize your future fears
3.) Neutralize your fantasies
4.) Neutralize your past positive experiences

Something magic follows...
When you neutralize all of your memories in relation to the thing that you want to be confident in...

...whether that be speaking to people you find attractive, being awesome in bed, or being incredible at sales calls, etc...

You are left with one thing, the PRESENT MOMENT.
And from the PRESENT MOMENT, is where all confidence emerges. If you can remain rooted in the present moment, void of all stories you tell yourself about the past, or future, you will by default stroll through life with UNSHAKABLE confidence.

And that, my friends, is the secret.
How To MASTER the 80/20 RULE in your Personal Life, Mind & Business:

What is living 80/20?

Living 80/20 is the optimal paradigm of life.

It’s being effective and efficient at the right things, instead of wasting hours doing work that doesn’t build to your ideal life.
It’s doing what you love while getting more and better results, instead of doing what you hate because you think you have to make a living.

It’s living where you want, when you want asap, instead of settling.

It’s having your cake and eating it too.
It’s having a better social life with minimal effort, instead of approaching hundreds of people only to end up with people you don’t really like and who doesn’t support your goals.

It’s dating your perfect 10 without working your way up the social ladder.
It’s the 4 hour work week that makes you $80,000 a month, instead of the 9–5 that makes you 80k a year.

It’s having a jaw dropping physique with 45 minutes of training per week, instead of spending hours in the gym 7 days a week for minimal gains, low energy and time wasted.
Living 80/20 is simply “The Way” and I’m going to show you how in this thread...

The first step to living 80/20 is identifying your:

1.) Happiness Islands
2.) Unhappiness Islands
3.) Productivity Islands
4.) Time Wasting Islands.
"Happiness Islands" is a journaling exercise to figure out what you should be doing more of & what you should completely eliminate.

This REMOVES all USELESS CLUTTER in your life that’s inhibiting your happiness & success.
Instructions:

1.) At the top of page one write:

Happiness Islands: Under this heading, list out all the periods of time in your life where you were happiest.

Unhappiness Islands: List all the periods of time in your life where you were least happy.

Productivity Islands: List the periods of time in which you accomplished the most and what those accomplishments were.

Time Wasting Islands: - List the periods of time during which you accomplished the least.
2.) Review your notes and look for parallels between the Happiness and Productivity islands. Circle the paralells.

3.) See if you can begin putting plans in place to eliminate the causes of your unhappiness islands and time-wasting islands.
4.) Over the next year try to double the amount of time you spend per day/week/year in your achievement and happiness islands.

This next journaling exercise is similar to the happiness islands exercise but can provide you some additional key insights that could transform your life.

Instructions:

Step 1: List out everything you do in a day and in a week.

Step 2: Go through each activity on your list and give each activity 2 ratings on a scale of 1-10.

The first rating correlates to your level of interest: 1 meaning you hate it, 10 meaning you love it and wish there were more hours in the day to do it...
The second rating correlates to the level of success the activity brings you: 1 meaning low results, 10 meaning over the top success.

Step 3: After you’ve rated the items on the list. Go through them to audit for which you should eliminate / keep.
Personally, I take aggressive action toward eliminating anything that is below a 9 or 10 in both ratings. And then of course, when I remove activities that are unenjoyable and ineffective, I double down on the activities I love doing the most that bring me the most success.

How to Consistently & Reliably Engage your INTERNAL SUPER COMPUTER & Elevate to the Status of a *Genius*:

This thread is extremely powerful... please use it wisely and only for good.
Outlining the key steps to activating your internal supercomputer...

1. Set 80/20 Destination - where you ideally want to be
2. Find the 80/20 Route - the easiest way to the destination
3. Take 80/20 action - the key first steps
STEP 1: Set the 80/20 Desintation

What is the "80/20 Destination" ? A visualize-able frame of all your Goals, Dreams if achieved.

Where you want to live - people you want to be with, the person you want to become, experiences you want to have, style, and quality of your life.
Separated into...
* MONEY - how much do you want?
* SOCIAL LIFE - who do you want to be around?
* WORK & SUCCESS - what do you want to do & at what level?
* BODY - how do you want to look / feel?
* SIMPLE GOOD LIFE - what daily non-negotiables are important?
The ULTIMATE KEY of your 80/20 destination is that you ONLY focus on the few (1-3 max) objectives in each category that would truly DEEPLY fulfill you.

Leave all excess aside, that's just clutter, BS that will get in the way of you living a fulfilling life.
Ask "What are the few vital results that will make me happiest?"

Before moving on to step 2, check these boxes!
☑️ "Does my 80/20 Destination reflect my unique skills and life experiences?"
☑️ "Will this be fun for me?"
☑️ "Does this excite me? Is this really a dream for me?
Here's a complete video walk through in which I take you through this definition process step by step & give you some ideas to kick start your mind:
STEP 2: Find the 80/20 Route

There are many ways to your destination but 80% of those paths suck.

There will be a few paths you'll have to think outside the box to discover, but after finding them, you'll realize there is always an easier, more effective, & more enjoyable path.
There is always a more elegant, relatively EASY path to get to your destination using less money, less energy, less time, less bother, less worry.

Someone else has probably already found the route... ask yourself, who can you model to be successful?
Now... Answer the following questions in a note:

1. What is your 80/20 Destination?

MONEY - how much do you make?
SOCIAL - who do you hang out with?
SUCCESS - what do you do & at what level?
BODY - how do you look/feel?
SIMPLE GOOD LIFE - what daily non-negotiables do you do?
2. What is the route you would normally pursue?

Write down initial ideas/plans.

👆🏽This is NOT the answer - instead it is the standard against which you judge your 80/20 path. Until you conjure up answers much better than this original answer, you have not found the 80/20 path.
Keep thinking creatively and brainstorming until you have found a path that is easier, more enjoyable, more productive - and with less money, less time, less bother.

Ask: How can I make a huge improvement on my original (2.) answer by unreasonably DEMANDING more by doing less?
This NEW 80/20 answer has 2 improvements...
A.) How can I ask for more? What would be 10x what I originally asked for?

B.) How can this path be made easier for me? Dream up many ideas.
Then put A and B together...

My 80/20 Destination is: ________

My 80/20 Path to get there is: ________

Even if you’re not sure this will work, try it. If it fails, move on to your second choice of a path + but only if it also offers more with less.
Example 1:

1. What is your 80/20 Destination?
A movie star body and optimal energy

2. What is the route you would normally pursue?
Go to the gym or train at home for 30-40 minutes a 4-6 days a week following an online program
3. Make A + B improvements to your question:

A.) How can I unreasonably demand more?
I want to look like a Navy Seal and have laser-like focus & sniper precision in my work.

B.) How can this path be made easier for me?
Train for 15 minutes 3 times a week to achieve it.
Side note - this answer in B turned out to work for me. I found a trainer that trains me in 15 minute intensive work outs. He also trains Kanye West.

As a result of this 80/20 anomaly trainer, here's what I look like... And yes I feel more focused and dialed than ever:
Example 2: Work + Success

1. What is your 80/20 Destination?
$10,000 per month

2. What is the route you would normally pursue?
Build my clothing brand, post fun vlogs, and release drops once per month
Sell 400 items per month
3. How can you unreasonably demand more by doing less? Run through parts A / B question improvements

A.) How can I ask for more? What would be 10x what I originally asked for?
$100,000 per month doing something that actually transforms people's lives...
B.) How can this path be made easier for me? Dream up many ideas.

Post videos of just me talking or podcasts, build a high ticket product, sell 40 per month

The high ticket product is something I love talking about anyway, it gets better and better because I work on it for fun.
Example 3: 80/20 your Social Life

1. What is your 80/20 Destination?
A fun friend group of entrepreneurs building cool businesses, high-value females

2. What is the route you would normally pursue?
Move to Vegas with my startup friends, access their circle
3. How can you unreasonably demand more by doing less?

A.) How can I ask for more?
Build my own circle in LA, hoobe friends are just one sliver of my social circle so I don’t depend on them.
Live in a mansion in the hills
Attract high net worth entrepreneurs, + celebrities
B.) How can this path be made easier for me? Dream up many ideas.

Build a weekly event that becomes the most exclusive event in LA

Because my parties are so highly desired, I get invited to attend top restaurants, parties and clubs weekly all meals paid for and top treatment

How to Attract a HIGH-VALUE Friend Group from Scratch (even if in a brand new country)...

This is something I've done multiple times in multiple cities around the world. It's a duplicatable system and it works... enjoy!
Part 1: Define

Write down the specific types of people you want to meet and on a weekly basis what you want your social life to look like?

Like you wake up Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc... and you can actually tell me what your social life looks like.

You also have to define where you might actually find the type of people that you want in your circle.

In doing this, you may have to accept that the type of people you want in your circle actually might not even live in your city.
For example, if you want lots of photographers/videographers in your circle for whatever reason, and you live in Tennessee... It might be a good idea to start considering moving to a place like LA or NYC.
Part 2: Find & attend an event where you can find the majority of the types of people you want in your circle in one place.

Make it a priority to attend this event and do whatever is necessary to get exclusive access at this event.

Once at the event, focus on finding as many things in common as possible with people at the event.

The more things you have in common with someone, the more of a reason they will see to hang out with you in the future.
While building commonalities, also do what's called "future projecting". This is when you invite people to events in the future that you're thinking of doing or hosting.

This will give the people you are looking to pull into your circle even more reason to exchange contact info.
Part 3: How to Cultivate Relationships over time...

When you're considering inviting people to hangout, invite them to events that are win wins and preferably focused around creating something together.

Friends who create together, stay together.

For example - one of my favorite things to future project with people is to record a podcast or create a youtube video together. And btw, if you don't have a personal brand to create content for, maybe it's time to start one.
Another way to deepen your relationship with people is, as a baseline, listening twice as much as you speak and getting people to talk about what they are secretly excited about but rarely get asked about.
One of my favorite ways to deepen relationships is to hold presence. When someone is talking to you, and they finish talking, pause & hold space for them.

Two things will happen:
1.) They'll feel a vacuum & want to talk more
2.) They'll feel more connected & drawn to you
Part 4: Throw an event & get AWESOME people to go...

"Dream Trips" are a great way to build deeper connections w friends.

Don't limit yourself with this trip. Create the trip you've always dreamed about and start inviting people to it before it's real.

Apply 80/20 Thinking to this...

Ask yourself, "how could I create a trip that is unreasonably incredible and unforgettable?"

And then go and create that trip for you and your friends. Go above and beyond & be creative.
Part 5: 3 WAYS to ADD VALUE to “high value” People (even if you think you’re a loser)

1. Consistently introduce people to others that will add value to them
2. Create events that people would want to go to even if no one else went
3. Give people space

How to get NOTICED by High Status, Influential Figures or Celebrities on Social Media...

I have ~ 200,000 followers across my social media accounts and I get tons of DMs per day and week...

Imagine someone with millions of followers and how many messages they're getting. It's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to stick out if you're trying to DM celebrities / public figures...

BUT
Celebrities and public figures are rarely getting mentioned in Instagram stories... so this is the way.

The first step is to mention them and call them out on your Instagram story in a way that adds value to them.
Now before I continue, it's important to realize that having 12-24 quality Instagram photos of yourself on your feed is crucial.

These photos should be of you DOING high-value activities that demonstrate irrefutable visual evidence that you're a cool person.
Let's say, for example, I want to get the attention of Emma Chamberlain.

I know that Emma cares a lot about her coffee company. So, therefore, I'll buy her coffee and call her out on my story, publically praising how amazing her coffee is.

Nobody else does this.
How To Optimize Your SOCIAL MEDIA To Attract HIGH-VALUE Customers, Clients Male friends & Women...

This is a thread I have experimented with & optimized over the last 5 years... use for good only, enjoy!
In this guide, I will be providing the few things you need to know to build an Instagram page that attracts high-value men and women into your life.

This guide aims to get you better results in less the time. Only do the FEW things that are going to get you the results you want.
An attractive Instagram builds high levels of two ingredients within your audience:

- Comfort: how relatable you are to the viewer, & how much trust you build.
- Attraction: demonstrating some form of high value creates attraction.
And just as important as what TO DO and what pictures to post is - what NOT to do and what NOT to post.

So from here, I’ll give you my framework for creating comfort and attraction in the right proportions for your goals.
What builds comfort?
- Photos of you with family
- Funny / embarrassing photos of you
- Photos of you doing something relatable

example 2: comfort building photo, clearly hungover selfy. Selfies, in general, are usually comfort building. Extremely relatable. Make the viewer think, "ah! he's just like me!"
example 3: comfort building photo goofing around mirror selfy with friends... again, this one is super relatable. Everyone knows has these goofy moments with friends and there's not much about this photo that is "unattainable".
In summary, comfort-building photos bring you down to earth.

They make you a "real person".
What builds attraction?
- Photos of you displaying wealth
- Photos of you looking physically attractive
- Photos of you with other attractive / high value people

example 1: attraction building, Dan Bilzerian's mansion in Bel Air - shows access to high value events
example 2: attraction building photo, tells a story of my trip to Hawaii, demonstrates high value in that I travel
example 3: mercedes sprinter van photo with emma and liv, wearing my own clothing brand, big flex

So in general, the majority of what you’re going to be doing is building comfort and attraction - the following breaks down how to actually get these photos...
To look at the camera or keep it candid?

I recommend a blend of 80% candid or in other words ‘action’ photos and 20% comfort building, looking at the camera normal photos.

Action photos show you DOING what you love doing.
You can break out your life into different categories based on what’s important to you:

For example I have:
- Fitness: pic of me mid training session
- Social: pic of me laughing w friends
- Work: pic of me at my laptop in a dope location / working with a client
- Personal development: pic of me reading / meditating on beach /
- Family: pic of with family

I had a student ask me one time, “but how do I get my friends to take candid pictures???"

Well I'll answer that of course!
It’s simple - just give someone your phone with the camera open at the angle that you want & say, ‘hey start taking a bunch of photos!’ Then, if your friends notice, just say, ‘guys it’s candid just keep doing what you’re doing. It’s gonna be sick’ (or something like that).
Mastering Instagram Aesthetic:

At a minimum, I recommend half the photos that you post are further back and show your environment just as much as they show you. And at a maximum, I recommend 8 out of every 10 photos show the environment with 2 close-ups...
This creates a nice grid for your profile and shows that you move around a lot - you aren’t just stuck in your house.

How do you know what kinds of pics to post and what style?

Choose 5 or 10 accounts on Instagram of people who have photos that you want to duplicate, go through their photos, and ‘save’ them to a collection on your Instagram.

My folder is simply titled, “pics to replicate”.
You can save 30-50 pics in this folder then go duplicate them all in a weekend, and you’ll have enough photos for the next year+.

What if I don’t have anyone to take pics with?

I definitely recommend defining in your goals / master vision that you make a friend who likes to take photos and understands the value within building a great social media...
You may even be able to find someone to take pics with in my free discord community, which organizes people based on where they're from. People are using my group to meet up, make friends, and get content all the time! hoo.be/arlin
Or, you can just use a selfy tripod... Here's the one I use: amzn.to/3vXSwkd this one comes with a button you can take pics with... I normally just use 'timer mode' on my iPhone.
While I have an abundance of photographer friends, I still use my selfie tripod I got on amazon for $20 and take pics of myself all the time. I just know what I want and I can take my time to get the perfect shot. That’s how I got these shots:

Editing:
Do not over-edit your photos. I take the majority of my photos on iPhone, then slightly lower contrast, brightness, and exposure and that’s it. Too much filter can come off a bit try hard.

How often should I post?

For your main feed photos, you really don’t ever need more than 9-30 dope photos of yourself. Ever. Once you have those, there’s no need to force more photos, unless you have set up a lifestyle from which it's very easy to consistently get content.
As an entrepreneur, I spend a lot of time at a desk behind my laptop, but I obviously don’t post pictures doing that daily, though most of my time that’s what I actually am doing.

I personally only post when I have a dope new photo to post.

I am MUCH more active on ig stories.
How should I caption my posts?

I personally go with one of THREE types of captions:

1. Funny, self-deprecating, ironic, social commentary joke
'funny' example
2. Informative, storytelling post (great for business owners, includes call to action at the end)
'informative' example
caption continued: I’m not sure if it’s for you but I built a mentorship program filled w people all seeking to build exciting social circles that support their goals 📈

Instagram Stories:
I post 5-15 ig stories per day.

My goal with ig stories is to engage my viewers & develop a more personal connection while *documenting what I’m doing day to day.

To 2-3x your views and engagement here is the KEY - Use the features that instagram gives you.
I post at least 1-4 polls per day. These are MASSIVE for engagement. Make sure you make the poll intriguing, juicy, simple and big right in the center of the slide you post.

I also typically post 1 Q&A story per week + 1-3 quotes / tweets per day.
Another fun thing I like to do is give my phone to someone else and ask them to make a cool story.

This is good to do with someone who takes pride in their sense of aesthetic. “Here can you make this look good for me, you’re really good at this type of thing”

IG highlights
I save my best ig stories in my highlights.

If you’re a biz owner, you can use your highlights as a funnel. Create an entire highlight dedicated to customer reviews of your product. Create a highlight called, ‘free group’ or ‘free resource’ w a CTA + link to it.
Anything that I just should never post?

Look, you can post whatever you want. But if ALL your posts look like this (see attached) high value men and women are not going to answer your DMs (unless all your posts are with high value people, not just randoms from high school).

Does follower ratio matter?

Not really. Again, obviously, if you’re famous that helps.

And if you’re following more people than follow you it generally indicates that people seek your attention more than you seek there's...
So if you currently follow more than followed, it’s not the end of the world - but you might want to consider unfollowing everyone who doesn’t follow u back and people u don’t keep in touch w.


I only follow people that inspire me, & unfollow or ‘mute’ all other accounts.
Does being famous matter?

Having a blue tick + lots of followers helps for sure. But far more important are your photos. If you have a 1000 followers and great photos that show you living your high value life, you can attract, influence, and build trust with just about anyone.
So should you worry about growth? I only think about word of mouth these days. I spent years of my life on youtube chasing the algorithm and optimizing for fame. However, I’d much rather optimize for creating loyal, true fans through my long-form podcasts, + video content.
For example, what you’re reading right now is marketing itself. You’re a person interested in lifestyle optimization and you’re reading a piece of niche content about optimizing your Instagram. It’s very in depth and well thought out and tested over years...

How do you use IG when meeting someone?

When I meet someone, IG usually gets brought up pretty naturally - especially if we start talking about what we do for a living. If this happens, I’ll usually have that person DM me in some way.
When I connect using IG, I do it to connect the person with someone else I know that could offer them value.

So like, “your work is so cool! I know some really cool artists I’d love to introduce you two. Here send me your work and I’ll put you in a group chat with them.”
Putting people in group chats that you think would bring value to each other is one of the best ways to add value. Providing intros where you see synergy gives you the benefit of the value you bring to both people. I do this all the time. It's called "Value Arbitrage".

Welcome to Sleep Optimization...

In this thread, I'll be showing you how to sleep like a baby so that you can dominate with full energy every day and provide more value to the world.
Now before I tell you the 3 steps (yes, just 3!) I want to make it clear that I struggled with debilitating anxiety for 4 years, so I know what it's like to be in the cycle of pain that is insomnia...
You can't sleep from racing thoughts or fearful feelings and so you wake up exhausted which makes you less productive and more anxious throughout your day which makes it harder and harder to get a peaceful night's rest.

I get it.

Here's how to fix it! (NEXT TWEET!)
Step 1. Rewire Mind

Stop telling yourself you "have insomnia". Change the narrative. Start telling yourself, "each day I am getting a more optimal night's sleep and I wake up more and more rested, rejuvenated and enthusiastic for the day!"
However you want to feel when you wake up, create affirmations around that and consistently remind yourself of them. I recommend having a paper next to your bed (or signing up for Maxi at joinmaxi.com) and each night before bed reviewing your sleep affirmation.
There is really not much more you can do as a human being without good sleep. So make this a priority.

If I don't get good sleep I pretty much make sure I take the entire day to rest, recover, get sunlight, eat healthily and get my sleep RIGHT.
Step 2. Food + Exercise

If you're not raising your heart rate, pushing your body and exercising, you absolutely must start. At the very least go on an hour walk in the sun in nature once a day if possible and get an intense 10-30 minute workout in a few times per week.
I'll make a full thread about my workouts in the future... but for now here are a couple sample workouts of mine to show you the level of intensity you'll want to hit in order to maximize REM:
If you're drinking a lot of caffeine and consuming a lot of sugar, I recommend you cut for 30 days.

These substances destroy sleep quality. Instead, focus on trying out this (attached) meal plan and fill your body with whole foods and lean grass-fed meats.
If you buy quality ingredients and follow this plan you will see noticeable increase in your morning energy. Working out HARD + food like steak, eggs, and fish will have you sleeping like a bear in hibernation.

Is this simple, yes. But simple scales.
You maybe reading this thinking - I eat healthy! I exercise! But I still sleep like a piece of shit! Then I’d ask yourself - am I over exerting myself? 🤔
Step 3. Stillness in Bed

If you find yourself uncomfortable in bed or that you can't sleep this is the shortest path to surpassing that problem. Stop viewing it as a problem. Instead, fully embody how it feels to be awake in bed and focus all your attention on your body...
Feel how it feels to lay still. Just be present. See if you can get to the point of just enjoying being in your bed rather than dreading the feelings and thoughts that you usually associate with laying your head on the pillow.

Understand that you're raising your level of consciousness by doing these meditations before bed. So if you don't fall asleep, at least you're being productive.

Follow these steps and before you know it you'll be falling asleep within 2-3 minutes of putting your head down.
Sleep Tracking: worth it?

I had an Oura ring ($400 sleep tracking ring) for about 3 months before I ditched it. Realized when I was 7, I didn't need some computer on my finger to get a good sleep. You have a supercomputer in u— your brain. You know if you slept well or not, lol.
How to Discover Your Life's Purpose in a Week or Less...

To discover your life’s purpose, you must first discover and connect to your "inner purpose." Daily. In each moment.

What is your "inner purpose" you may be wondering...
Your inner purpose is simply paying attention to the present moment. You can achieve your inner purpose through meditation, yoga, convening with God, or the ALL in any way.

As a general rule, spend more time in silence. Before you act, do nothing. Be still.
Make your mind a fertile planting ground for inspiration to take over.

This is why i don’t recommend caffeine or adderall. Caffeine makes you motivated whether you’re inspired or not - it can lead you down the wrong path, the long way.
Intuitive action, which can only arise from presence is the secret to unlimited motivation and energy to get your deepest life’s purpose work accomplished.

As I type this, I am using this energy to guide my words.

Now we move to OUTER Purpose. Your outer purpose is whatever you are doing at this moment.

Whatever job you’re in, business you’re working on, the person you’re talking to, work out you’re doing, book you’re reading... What you’re DOING at THIS moment is your outer purpose.
The more you connect to your inner purpose and generate feelings of enthusiasm, follow what gets you excited, and in flow states, the more you will feel you have discovered your Outer Purpose.

The metric for measuring your fulfillment of outer purpose is really up to you.
At a certain point, the universe will expand so far that everything created ever - including the sun and solar system, let alone your business or whatever you create - all of it will become a ‘fine mist’.

What does this mean?
Well, any meaning that you ascribe to your life’s purpose is completely up to you — and how you feel about that is within your control.

And ultimately, none of it matters in the end.

The reason humans do not engage it often is because they believe they can only do things within what their 2% mind thinks is possible... (next)
As a result they set 2% goals like "Get a high paying job" or "get a degree from X university.

They look at what's slightly above average, and determine that there is a foreseeable course of action to achieve that thing, and they engage their 2% brain to make it happen.
