I have done several threads highlighting the media misreporting the number of unvaccinated patients in hospitals (see next tweet for thread) claiming more than there are.
For balance, this is not to suggest vaccines are a bad thing.

My blog shows that those unvaccinated who are identified as a Covid case are more likely to be admitted to hospital.
We don't know how much bias there is with those coming forward for testing, for example, are unvaccinated mainly picked up at hospitals.
We know it's the elderly and most vulnerable who are most likely to need healthcare. Over 4 in 5 over 70s had their booster but still up to 79k in care homes and people bed-bound at home waiting for them.
This should be a priority and not rushing to vaccinate young people.
I have had two doses of a vaccine myself and recently had Covid. I do not see any need for a booster right now.
I believe everyone should have a choice and mandating medical status as a requirement to go to venues is nonsense.
If you want a booster go out and get one - there is ample opportunity.
If you dont and Boris then changes the goalposts that double jabbed are no longer fully vaccinated then that opens up another whole debate on coercion.
Millions of vulnerable around the world have had no vaccines, while we are boosting people who will get very little benefit for it, and paying Pfizer allegedly up to £22 a time to do it.
In the past week, we have already had BBC and ITV main news show outlets broadcasting information not supported by the facts, with Sky News having a contributor talking nonsense on stats in Wales.
Channel 4 gives us a full house across the mainstream media.
🚨🚨 Mirror - "Meanwhile, hospital intensive care units are filling up with Covid sufferers... in some cases 90% – of these patients have not been vaccinated"
