"How to love yourself.. "

Thread
Stay humble but know your worth.
Don't mistake selfishness with self love it actually is an act of selflessness.
Love yourself. respect yourself. appreciate your own existence.
Respect yourself enough to walk away from anything that no longer serves you, grows you, or makes you happy.
Respect yourself enough to say “I deserve better”.
You should not beg someone to stay in your life. If they really love you, they will stay without conditions.
Stop viewing yourself through the eyes of those who don't value you. Know your worth even if they don't.
When your mental health isn’t in the best state, give yourself a break.
It's okay to take a break for a while. Don’t feel guilty for things you can’t do. Know that it’s okay to struggle. Recover, rest, be kind to yourself & know the bad times are temporary. You will be okay soon
Learn to let go of the things that weigh you down. You are human and you're doing your best.
If you love yourself, you won't smoke.

If you love yourself, you'd exercise.

If you love yourself, you will be intentional about your diet.

If you love yourself, you'll drink enough water daily.

If you love yourself You'll take care of your body and your mind.
Buy yourself some flowers, light your favorite candle, write yourself love letters, dress up nicely, and stay positive.
In other words, don't wait for someone else to offer you the love you want and deserve.

Start being intentional and actionable about how you love yourself. It makes all the difference.
