You ain't weird or dumb at all, it's okay to be quiet.
Know that wise men speak because they have something to say, not because they have to say something.
Just because you're quiet doesn't mean you don't care.

I know you care about alot of things.
You're special, don't let anyone make you feel otherwise.
Don't change yourself to impress anyone.
Feel comfortable being alone.

Be confident of who you are.
Don’t be afraid of the SOLITUDE that comes with raising your standards.
If you become quiet, alone, and still long enough, a higher-vibrational and more empowered you comes out.

Solitude is sacred.
Remember that, a person who is okay with being alone is a powerful person.
And solitude is better than bad company.
Study mathematics to understand physics.

Study physics to understand chemistry.

Study chemistry to understand biology.

Study biology to understand psychology.

Study psychology to understand economics.

Study economics and philosophy to be free.

The first thing is the mindset towards meditation. There's a specific image that people have in their heads.

The sitting upright, cross legged on the floor image with absolutely no thoughts in your head is what people think meditation is.
It is meditation, but it's pretty advanced, & not good for beginners.
Number one, to meditate upright, u need perfect posture, which isn't going to be possible for the average person.
Ppl who do sports or some other athletic activity could sit like this, but not the layman.
