/2 No patient choice!! Entity scans the big data of claims for a patient and then selects the patient!! Privacy invasion. Patient not even notified of enrollment!! #DCEscam
/3 Traditional #Medicare chosen by many so they have freedom to choose where they receive healthcare. #DCEscam chooses its patients and patients are not even notified they are enrolled in an entity. #ProtectOurCare
/4 DCE receives taxpayer $$ as payment to provide care. If $$ aren't used on patient care, DCE gets to keep $$. Incentive is to deny care for patients. This is a real death panel!! No care given -> more $$ to DCE. #DCEscam
/5 the DCE model is not the same as Direct Care model where a patient pays a physician directly for their care. The DCE model gets paid a monthly rate to provide care for the patient (like an HMO) and keeps what they don't spend. #ScrubsNotSuits
