People come to Twitter to build an audience but stay for the community.
Your followers' count doesn't dictate who you are.
Your Community does.
Start a conversation 🤗❤️
2. Define your values
If you:
• Comment on my Tweets, I'll reply
• Quote me, I'll comment
• Send me a DM, I'll answer
• Ask for a call, I'll schedule it
• Ask for lessons learned, I'll share
When it comes to building an engaged community, I'm all in.
These are my values.
3. Have a positive-sum mindset
Some people think you must take from others to succeed.
Others understand that by giving they get more.
Be a giver, not a taker.
Help without expecting anything in return.
Start a conversation without asking for anything.
4. Think long-term
When I came to Twitter I made a promise to myself: to be here for 3 years.
Having a long-term mindset is the best way to avoid burning out.
You go from "how many followers do I have" to "how much am I learning".
Plus: you'll have much more fun.
5. Your Profile is your Landing Page.
Set it up for Conversion.
• Profile Picture = Founder/Founding Team
• Pinned Tweet = Product Description/USP
• Banner = UI & CTA
• Tone = Culture (Values & Beliefs)
• Bio = Mission & About Page (Credibility + Actionable)
6. Find your niche
Since I first started that I knew I wanted to create content to help other people become content creators and share what I was learning about Web 3.0.
Still, finding our niche isn't easy.
I still struggle to be focused and manage people's expectations.
7. Be consistent
For the past 90+ days, I've missed posting 5 times.
Showing up every day builds momentum, trust and exposes you to more opportunities.
Discipline and work ethic are huge success predictors.
8. Engage with people
Whatever it is through Comments, DMs, or Twitter Spaces, make sure to engage with people on a daily basis.
They will keep you accountable and you'll build true friendships out of it.
9. Create value
How?
• Reach goals in public
• Document your journey
• Share advice to your past-self
• Curate the best resources in your niche
• Share what you learn while you're learning
Helping people figure out things is the best way to create value.
That's it for today Friends -- Thanks for reading.

Let's bring more people to the Content Creation side of Twitter.
This is how you explain DAOs to your Friends and Family - without overwhelming them.
DAOs 101: building decentralized Organizations 🧵👇
0. What are DAOs?
The easiest explanation is that:
Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), are self-governing organizations that enable groups of people to work towards a mutual goal.
But let's see what this means...⬇️
1. Defining DAOs
What it means is that DAOs are:
• Decentralized = online, global
• Autonomous = self-governing - bylaws written in code
• Organization = people working towards common goals and shared values
