1. The "Dinner With Trump" scam is back!

The @NRSC is running Facebook ads promoting a dinner with Trump.

But if you read the official rules, you actually get dinner with Lindsey Graham, Tim Scott, and Rick Scott

It has no product, no customers, and no revenue.

2. The most detailed information we have about Trump's media company is from an investor presentation filed with the SEC.

I want to draw your attention to Page 22 of the presentation which is an overview of the "Infrastructure" of the company.

1. Trump lost Michigan by more than 150K votes but its still been at the center of his false claims of election fraud

Trump's allies have tried to pass new voting restrictions this year but they were vetoed by the governor

So now they have a new scheme

2. An obscure provision in Michigan law says once you collect signatures for a ballot initiative the legislature can pass the initiative before it appears on the ballot and it automatically becomes law and cannot be vetoed

3. And that's exactly what Trump's allies in Michigan are doing. They are collecting signatures to make it harder to vote and then are going to try to jam that through the legislature.

In this way, they can bypass the governor and the voters
