I think many in the #Zilliqa space think I'm skeptical about @convoluted_code because he didn't say, "Oh, please interview me!" as soon as hired.

Completely the opposite.

2. My observation-fueled guesses are he's likely pulled people off comms and back to blockchain building.

• Fewer tweets from founders
• Less arguments from dev team
• More "ignoring" what's said in community
3. Do I know for sure? No. But imagine yourself as Ben promoted cross-company from CSO to CEO. There are two ways (and only two!) to play it:

A) Come in and play existing politics for favor.
B) Come in and do your job and change politics.

Those are a new CEO's ONLY two plays.
4. I won't even guess which he did. But the change in communications speaks volumes. The churn of certain key long-standing employees and the numerous job postings suggest option B.

So, I assume Ben is respectful, but instilling a new organization among the old and new guard.
5. My point is this: If that's the case... the Zilliqa team is in a neutral place where they have no bearing on price whatsoever for at least 3-9 months. None!

• Onboarding talent
• Adjusting existing talent
• Reprioritizing partnerships
• Adjusting supply chain/contractors
6. So $ZIL will ride the crypto waves, and it will scare you. It will feel out of control. One moment it's heavily manned, the next... a ghost ship. That's normal.

But from March - September 2022... pay attention. Good, bad, or otherwise!
7. If it's going to be good, you'll know. If bad... you'll know!

The first wave of partnerships will materialize into products/services/offerings by then.

The blockchain will be operating under a new workflow. Does it crash? Is it developer friendly? What's new in the code?
8. Someone said the other day of me, "He's too involved... too invested to see clearly." It's easy to forget my MBA, executive consulting, and Fortune 100 experience.

So how am I doing, @Zilliqa? Sound about right?
9. Because, if you or I stepped in as CEO like Ben did... our first review would have caused us to say "No more Zil talk from your personal accounts... we'll build channels, but it will be brutal until then as we'll look absent. We'll survive, stick to it."
10. Next, I'd say "Walk me through your current operations from start to finish. I want to see the workflow and get a list of every pain-point and obstacle you have… write it, send it."

Then, I'd review goals with a tight inner team to check for work/objective alignment.
11. Next, the internal meetings would start.

My guess is that those started sometime between late October to early December.

So, what's the purpose of this whole thread?
12. As an experienced (non-crypto) Executive Consultant, let me tell you… there is a way, a path. Even if I'm not right, I'm likely not all that wrong either.

If you've never been in business, or been an executive, then this information is very useful to your holding strategy.
13. By now, we'd expect the first wave of action to just be starting... and it will be choppy until January. Then in a 3-9 month span after that, we expect to start hearing/seeing results.

They'll be good or bad or more of the same.
14. And from there, you'll make these "final decisions" so many of you are threatening.

And that's fine... I just thought you deserved to have someone tell you the process because a company undergoing these actions won't/can't as everything is always in flux.
