- find and connect with colleagues who feel the same way, even just one other colleague, and meet to talk about it.

- document everything you do, for your safety
- explore work venues in which you would be allowed to express your concerns
- build strength with your group, try things, share

- act, take small learner steps at first, evaluate each action

On July 16, I sent a report to @GovCanHealth and concluded: "If you have reliable scientific data that justifies increasing the MRLs, please disclose it."
On August 4, gov paused its plan to allow more poison in food, and promised to change the law for more transparency.

1/ The only way I can understand this totalitarian propaganda and measures (both covid and climate) is that it is war propaganda, preparing for the ultimate showdown against Eurasian economic development. They want us to accept both carbon and vaccine borders, as they close them.
2/ Carbon tariffs and vaccine-limited movements, to isolate the Eurasian block, while constantly applying military threat and "containment".
Living standards will be affected, but we must not revolt because pandemic and species extinction...
3/ Plus, our natural domestic resistance must be contained/outlawed, because pandemic and species extinction...
