In 2008, my longtime Ontario employer hired a Quebec psychiatrist to covertly make a psychiatric assessment of me and secretly provided him personal information about me.
I found out in 2012, and had to fight a lengthy access to information litigation to get the documents. ...2
2... The assessment was devastating, and concluded that I was a physically dangerous person, on the basis of media articles about my opinions.
Since 2018, I have been litigating to have the psychiatrist disciplined for violating several Quebec laws in this matter. ...3

An actual vaccine is suppose to provide significantly increased immunity to the vaccinated individual (ability to fight off new exposures to the pathogen).
