1/ A positive Trump legacy: States outlawing "critical race theory" in academia.
"Inside Higher Ed" @insidehighered makes a tunnel vision, incorrect and biased analysis of the societal and legal battle for academia:
2/ Inside Higher Ed @insidehighered is avoiding and feigning ignorance about the geopolitical origin of (impetus for) critical race theory, and is avoiding the theory's central "words that wound" legalese nonsense. See history background here, since 1992:
3/ "How has this academic concept become so politicized" asks @insidehighered . Dear Inside Higher Ed: Critical Race Theory IS, from its very inception, an entirely political construct, born of race politics, to leverage influence for a new species of academics. ...
4/ Critical Race Theory originated from mediocre legal scholars, not from social or behavioural scientists, and not from critical historians. "Words that wound" has poisoned society ever since, and infected criminal and behavioural codes everywhere.

In 2008, my longtime Ontario employer hired a Quebec psychiatrist to covertly make a psychiatric assessment of me and secretly provided him personal information about me.
I found out in 2012, and had to fight a lengthy access to information litigation to get the documents. ...2
2... The assessment was devastating, and concluded that I was a physically dangerous person, on the basis of media articles about my opinions.
Since 2018, I have been litigating to have the psychiatrist disciplined for violating several Quebec laws in this matter. ...3
3... The final hearing on merits in this disciplinary case before the college of physicians is by TEAMS virtual hearing on May 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 14, 2021.
Four interim disciplinary decisions of the Council, listed here, give many details: archive.ph/h33ao ...4

"Herd immunity" is a sales campaign promoted by Pharma and friends.
An actual vaccine is suppose to provide significantly increased immunity to the vaccinated individual (ability to fight off new exposures to the pathogen).
... /2
2/... "Herd immunity" is a theoretical concept in an ideal (unrealistic) model, virtually inapplicable to the real world where there are transfers of patents, lockdowns of care homes, centralized (hospital/clinic) testing and treatment, changing delivery and supply routes... /3
3/... In that fictitious ideal model, "herd immunity" is an immune-individual fraction of the population, for a given unchanging societal structure, sufficient to limit spread to contained pockets, rather than the entire population including every vulnerable person .../3

ResearchGate today has permanently locked my account, which I have had since 2015.
Their reasons graphically show the nature of their attack against democracy, and their corruption of science. Image
