1/ #BrevardCounty, FL schools is facing a $100 million lawsuit for it's life-saving mask mandates issued in the face of threats by Governor DeSantis and others. But, it looks like a conspiracy to commit fraud. 😬🧵
2/ Why did Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Brevard Sheriff Wayne Ivey, and State Atty Phil Archer denounce the "feds" talking about the @FBI and @TheJusticeDept in a shocking press conference?
Full video link:
3/ Also in this conference, State Rep. Randy Fine, and Dr. Jeffery Steel claiming Steel's 7 yr old step-daughter had suffered abuse as a result of wearing a covid mask. Rep Fine promised a "special place in hell" for those responsible.
Full video link:
4/ Anti-mask Dr. Steel used the publicity to raise over $100k on a Christian knock-off of GoFundMe called GiveSendGo based on these false claims. It appears to still be active, but it has not raised any more money recently. Here's the link:
5/ "A 35-page report released this week(Dec. 3) by Indian Harbour Beach police contradicts many of the details of Steele's story, including allegations of child abuse."
6/ "The report also showed that the photos that Steel used to broadcast the episode were staged by him and his wife days later based on her recollection of the event, according to metadata embedded in the pictures."
7/ Randy Fine and The Mom's For Liberty are closely connected. During the COVID surge he did all he could to prevent mask mandates while peddling vouchers to private schools that did have mandates.
8/ His campaign of terror directed at School Board Member Jennifer Jenkins, who defeated Mom's For Liberty co-founder Tina Descovich in 2020, is also very well documented at length:
It's been so prolifically bad that he's under criminal investigation for it. But there's much more to Randy Fine's corruption. He is the k-12 Appropriations Chair, Gaming Committee Chair, and he's Vice Chair for redistricting aka #Gerrymandering
10/Phil Archer has documented history of not prosecuting crimes involving his racist or political friends, including Former Seminole County Tax Collector Joel #Greenberg. But there's much more in our next slide...
Thread🧵 1/ James O'Keefe is the creator of #ProjectVeritas, and he has been sued, charged with crimes, and been under a federal investigation for his "journalism". So, right now he's f-ing around with @mcuban
and he's about to find out. Again.
#JimmyQueef
2/ "James Edward O'Keefe III (born June 28, 1984) is an American political activist who...uses deceptively edited videos and information gathering techniques to attack mainstream media organizations and progressive groups."
3/ "In 2020, The New York Times published an exposé detailing #ProjectVeritas's use of spies recruited by #ErikPrince to infiltrate "Democratic congressional campaigns, labor organizations and other groups considered hostile to the Trump agenda".
1/ Short thread🧵
Florida's waterways are so dead and toxic, you can see it from space. If you've never seen how vast and interconnected florida's waterways are, you can't fathom how massive the problem is. It was not like this 25 years ago.
#DemandCleanWaterFL
2/ If the midwest is America's bread basket, The Everglades Agricultural Area is it's sugar bowl. Sugar Farming in FL has destroyed hundreds of sq. miles of wetlands and estuaries, and their corruption is only outsized by the amount of subsidies they get.
3/ Phosphate mining is how chemical fertilizer is mass-produced. It involves strip mining, and creating gigantic toxic radioactive waste piles called "gyp stacks". #PineyPoint is a gyp stack. They want to use the waste to build #RadioactiveRoads.
"Saved the country from COVID. Saved us from economic collapse. Record jobs created. Record low unemployment. Record GDP growth. Lowest inflation in the world. Outpacing China for first time in half a century. Biggest infrastructure bill..."
1/ Short thread. 🧵
@NPR and @FloodlightNews just ran an article on @peterschorschFL for running a multi-million dollar pay-for-play blog that presents itself as a news site. Him and @Fla_Pol have me blocked for posting these screen shots.

2/ It's a campaign finance violation to not have a "paid for by" disclaimer on campaign ads. Someone should look into that. "In 2006, the Florida Elections Commission fined him nearly $68,000 for 40 counts of "willfully" violating the election code."
3/ @peterschorschFL even admits that he's not a journalist, but calls himself a "publisher", engaging in what he calls "combination journalism." Really he's just being blatantly dishonest, and borderline fraudulent.
