This is an esports account and once the new season starts for the league I follow a lot of these followers will quietly mute/leave (or rather, they should, because I scream about esports in all caps and it is a LOT)

Sponsors cancelling their sponsorship and demanding their products be removed from #Snowdrop after being contacted by Korean fans

The grain company rep was particularly apologetic. They were ashamed that their products had been used in Snowdrop as they themselves had been a part of democratization protests in their youth. They added they had also signed the petition. Image

They are completely correct that there are ppl who believe the dictators of the 60s-80s were perfectly justified for what they did (massacre, torture, etc). And Snowdrop - regardless of their intention - fits their political agenda well. Image
