I’m tired of America pretending Biden isn’t leading a historic economic recovery just so White dudes can be pessimistic about their prospects.
The economy’s consistently improved under Biden’s leadership, but much of White America still feels “anxious.” It ain’t the economy, stupid.
They know damn well their 401Ks are better off than they were in 2017-2020, they just don’t wanna give the White Democrat POTUS who was the Black Democrat POTUS’s VP credit for it.

Not saying I like or trust her on anything else but I can totally muster a grain of respect for *any* Republican who’s willing to fight their own party to save America from Trumpism/fascism. It is what it is. 🇺🇸
John McCain more than likely wouldn’t have voted for voting rights either, he voted against MLK day and the 1990 Civil Rights Act. No one expects them to stop being Republicans altogether, the issue is way too many of them are traitors and domestic terrorists now (except Liz 🙃).

It’s only terrifying if you’re a White person who doesn’t belong to a marginalized identity group. 😒 Plenty of women, Jewish/Muslim/Atheist, BIPOC, LGBTQ, disabled, impoverished and chronically ill people have every reason to avoid dating or associating with people who hate US.
Deplorable is a self-explanatory choice, none of us are interested in hearing why y’all choose it or helping you feel better about it. Bootstraps.
Because the MSM is decidedly GOP and GOP adjacent. It’s basically just a bunch of White “moderates” who collectively publish the myopic Groupthink of Whiteness™️ as if it’s a sacred religious text and not a den of confirmation bias. They’re the ones MLK warned us about too.
