Today 11 years ago, 2 terrorists murdered Kristine Luken & stabbed my friend Kay Wilson 18 times, leaving her for dead. Previously, they murdered Neta Sorek.
As a REWARD for the attacks, the Palestinian Authority has so far paid each of the terrorists 450,000 Shekels ($139,332).
When the @StateDept provides aid to the PA, it does so knowing the PA uses its funds to reward terrorists, not only for murdering 🇮🇱 Jews, but also for murdering Christian, US citizens, like Kristine.
This is just part of Kay's story:
The PA is complaining to the world that it is suffering from a financial crisis. While the PA corruption is rife, the main reason for the PA's financial difficulties is its #PayforSlay policy, as exposed by @palwatch.
When the Israeli Minister of Defense (@gantzbe) declared that 6 Palestinian NGO's were actually an integral part of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, an internationally designated terror org. some were surprised.
I was not! Here's why:
While some of Israel's detractors tried to use a document written in May as a way to undermine the designations, the reality cannot be ignored:
The PFLP manipulatively used Palestinian self-declared "human rights organizations" as a front for fund raising for terrorist activity.
We of @palwatch pointed to the connections of some of the 6 designated organizations to the PFLP.
For example when we reported that @DCIPalestine refused to agree to a EU funding clause that prohibited funneling money to terror. palwatch.org/page/18285
The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2016 limited US aid to the PA by deducting an amount equivalent to the PA payments to terrorist prisoners and the families of dead terrorists from the annual allocation. jpost.com/diplomacy-and-…
The Taylor Force Act, 2018 limited all US aid to the PA given via the Economic Support Fund, until the PA completely abolishes its terror reward payments and meets other conditions.
Until the PA elections were cancelled, the terrorist org. Hamas was set to take part & win.
In the run up to the elections, the PA told the @POTUS Biden administration (@SecBlinken@HadyAmr) that all the parties participating had accepted 🇮🇱's right to exist.
Here are just some of the fundamental flaws in the new @HRW report: 1. The report is a lie that distorts both fact & law. 2. Under Apartheid, Black South Africans were prohibited from owning land. 🇮🇱 Arabs have the right to & own land in Israel.
>>> palwatch.org/page/15137
3. The report ignores that fact that the Palestinian Authority controls 40% of Judea and Samaria. 4. The report ignores the fact that the Gaza Strip is controlled by Hamas, an internationally designated terror organization.
>>>
5. The report ignores the fact that 90% of the Palestinians live under Palestinian control. 6. The report ignores that fact that Arabs resident in Jerusalem enjoy Israeli education, health, welfare, etc. etc. etc. 7. The report ignores Palestinian terror.

Next time anyone claims Jews are “settlers” in Judea & Samaria, tell them the story of Atara Abramson.
Murdered by Jordanian soldiers, in May 1948, Atara lived in Kfar Etzion, a Jewish agricultural village 20 km south of Jerusalem established on land bought by Jews in 1934.
Born in Poland in 1926, Atara was herded from her home by the Nazis from place to place, ending WWII in the Auschwitz-Birkenau death camp.
Atara’s entire family was murdered by the Germans & their willing helpers.
She was the LAST SURVIVING member of her family.
After her first attempt, in 1946, to immigrate to Israel was foiled by the British, in complete breach of the Mandate for Palestine, she eventually realized her dream in February 1947, going to live in Kfar (village) Etzion , in the Etzion block.
"The State Department will also deliver $40 million from the 2016 and 2017 budget that is meant for security cooperation programs... in the West Bank."
According to a 2018 Congressional report (see below) the US INCLE aid to the PA for the years 2016+2017 totaled $115 million.
One has to assume, considering the close relationship between @BarackObama & the PA, that most of the 2016 budget was indeed provided to the PA.
>>>
According to that same congressional report (fas.org/sgp/crs/mideas…), President Trump only announced the freeze of US funding to the PA at the end of Aug. 2018, 2 weeks after approving the transfer of the 2017 $61 million INCLE aid.
