יום ראשון השבוע (23/2) היה "יום המחבל" בבית המשפט העליון. בהרכב שבו ישבו כב' השופטים ברק-ארז, גרוסקופף, וכבוב, נקבעו 17 דיונים, מתוכם 16 (מספרים 2 – 17) עסקו במחבלים במעצר מנהלי. מעצר מנהלי איננו כלי פשוט. לכאורה, ניתן לקחת כל אדם ולשים אותו מאחורי סורג הבריח, מבלי להגיש נגדו כתב אישום ומבלי לגלות לו את כל תוכן המידע המודיעיני שהצטבר נגדו. למרות שמדובר בכלי די דרקוני, אני טוען שמעצר מנהלי הוא למעשה איזון בין זכות המחבל לחירות לבין זכות הציבור לחיים.

As #SouthAfrica tries to support its claim in the @CIJ_ICJ that 🇮🇱 has committed “genocide” against the Palestinians, here are some critical elements of that false charge that should be considered.

בעקבות ענישה מקלה של בתי המשפט הצבאיים, בשבוע הבא (13/3) עתיד להשתחרר המחבל פואד שובאכי שאירגן את ספינת הנשק ה-Karine A, שעל סיפונה היה 50 טונות של כלי נשק שהיו מיועדים למחבלים פלסטינים.

בעוד התביעה הצבאית ביקשה להטיל על המחבל מאסר עולם, השופטים בערעור גזרו עליו רק 17 שנות מאסר. בעיצומה של מלחמת הטרור שימזה הרש"פ בספטמבר 2000, פעלו המחבלים ערפאת ושובאכי לחמש את מחבלי גדודי חללי אל אקצא - זרוע הטרור של פת"ח. במסגרת זו, רכש שובאכי, בתאיום עם ערפאת, למעלה מ- 1,000 טונות של כלי נשק. במסגרת זו, פעלו השנים להביא כלי נשק מאיראן, ובכלל זה טילים, פצמ"רים ועוד.

היום, 24 ביולי, הוא כנראה היום החשוב ביותר בלוח השנה של כל התנועה הציונית ושל כל אדם ציוני.

זה היום שבו הכירה הקהילה הבינלאומית ב"קשר ההיסטורי של העם היהודי עם פלסטין".

הקהילה הבינלאומית עוד הכירה בזכויות העם היהודי לכונן מחדש את מולדתו הלאומית ב"פלסטין". לכונן מחדש... לא ליצור יש מאין... אלא לכונן מחדש את המולדת שנהרסה 2,000 שנה קודם לכן.

באותו זמן ה"פלסטין" שיועד לבית הלאומי של העם היהודי, כלל את כל שטח ישראל, ובכלל זה, יהודה ושומרון.

Today is 29 years since the murder of Asher Gross, after whom the traffic circle "Kikar Gross" in Hebron is named.

The story of his murder is horrific.

Asher was waiting in Hebron for a ride when 3 Arab terrorists pounced on him stabbing him in the chest & stomach. 2/9

An Arab passerby, mistook Asher for an Arab & rushed him to the Arab Alia hospital in Hebron.

When the Arab doctors saw Asher's tzitzit & realized he was a Jew, they refused to treat him & he died of his wounds.

The Arab passerby then took Asher's body hoping to hide it.

אדל נרצחה על ידי קבוצת נערים פלסטינים שזרקו אבנים על רכבים ישראלים בכביש 5.

מדי חודש הרש"פ משלמת משכורת לרוצחים של אדל, רק משום שרצחו ילדה יהודייה.

Today, 7 years ago, toddler Adele Biton succumbed to her injuries & died. She was just 4 years old.

She was murdered by 5 Palestinian teenagers throwing rocks at 🇮🇱 cars on a highway.

Shamefully, the PA pays Adele's murderers a monthly salary, as a reward for murdering a Jew. The PA has paid Adele's murderers a cumulative sum of 952,000 NIS ($298,425) & continues to pay them rewards that will increase over time.

Recently, PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas reaffirmed that even if the PA has just one penny, he will pay it to the terrorists.

Today 11 years ago, 2 terrorists murdered Kristine Luken & stabbed my friend Kay Wilson 18 times, leaving her for dead. Previously, they murdered Neta Sorek.

As a REWARD for the attacks, the Palestinian Authority has so far paid each of the terrorists 450,000 Shekels ($139,332). When the @StateDept provides aid to the PA, it does so knowing the PA uses its funds to reward terrorists, not only for murdering 🇮🇱 Jews, but also for murdering Christian, US citizens, like Kristine.

Today (17/2) 6 years ago, brave Adele Biton succumbed to her injuries and died. She was only 4 years old.

2 years prior, in March 2013, Adele was driving with her mother, @bitonadva, when 5 Palestinian terrorists, aged 15 - 17, pounded their car with rocks.

@palwatch As part of its #Payforslay policy, the PA has rewarded the terrorists directly responsible for Adele's death, by paying each one of them 238,400 shekels.

That means, the PA has rewarded the terrorists with over 1 million shekels, just for murdering a Jewish toddler!
