After her first attempt, in 1946, to immigrate to Israel was foiled by the British, in complete breach of the Mandate for Palestine, she eventually realized her dream in February 1947, going to live in Kfar (village) Etzion , in the Etzion block.
When the November 1947 UN Partition Plan left the Etzion block - including Kfar Etzion, Ein Tzurim, Mesuot Yitzchak & other Jewish villages – in the “Arab State”, the local Arabs, supported by the Jordanian Legion launched their attack.
For 6 months the Jews survived. But on the 4th of the Hebrew month of Iyar, 1 day before 🇮🇱 declared independence, the Arabs breached the fortifications of Kfar Etzion.
While the Jews, all 130, had surrendered, the Jordanians & the local Arabs nonetheless murdered them.

The decision of #FatouBensouda & the ICC to invent the “State of PaLIEstine”, for the purpose of prosecuting Jews living in their ancestral homeland, was not a legal decision. Rather it was a politically distorted decision to ignore law, reality & rewrite history.
