''My condolences to Andy Ubah!
He lost the Anambra Guber woefully, but his mind kept telling him that the Supreme Court will come to his aid just as they foisted Uzodimma on Ndi Imo. Andy Ubah forgets that our case in Anambra is different. What works in Imo will never work in
Anambra. Apologies to Ndi Imo but I'm compelled to make this inconvenient juxtaposition.
If anybody should challenge the outcome of Anambra Guber, it shouldn't be Andy Ubah of the APC but Valentine Ozigbo of the PDP. Val was smart to congratulate Soludo and ever since the result
was announced he has not been making controversial utterances like Andy Uba who went ahead to drag the matter to court.
Unfortunately for Andy Ubah, FCT High Court just announced that Andy Ubah of APC has been disqualified as an APC candidate the court went ahead to say that
Anambra State APC had no candidate for Anambra Election.
I know that APC faithful and stalwarts will be dropping to his house to condole and console him on the damning court judgement''

The mysteries of life. May life be fair to us.
''THE TWIST OF LIFE.
Few weeks ago,I was driving on Apapa-Oshodi expressway and stopped briefly under the Ilasamaja Bridge to pick a call.Suddenly, a Danfo bus pulled up beside me, the bus conductor jumped out and landed by my side.
I thought I was about to be robbed!
However, the conductor had other plans...
'Oshodi Oshodi Oshodi o...'
I heaved a sigh of relief and breathed deeper, then I saw a guy I'd known for long. Years of separation couldn't play on me any trick. He was one of the brightest guys in
our class back then, and had won for us a couple of Inter-School competitions.
He was of a modest middle class family that valued education and when he says a word is 'adjectival proverb' or 'future present past participle', we dared not argue because he was usually and always

“Chief Akande’s book is full of bile and hatred towards more credible leaders. He condescendingly described Chief Falae, a Yale-educated economist, as “a trained civil servant” and often taunted him about not holding an elective office.
It doesn’t matter that Falae is the only
Yoruba, apart from Obasanjo and MKO Abiola, to have secured more than 11 million votes in a national poll, when he ran for president in 1999. For Akande, Chief Falae has “been trying to blindly straddle Nigeria’s complicated politics.” What a cheap shot!
Buhari described Akande as a man of “inflexible integrity”, quoting approvingly from his autobiography that “he never gave or demanded bribes.” But in 1984, as a military dictator, the same Buhari jailed Akande for 42 years for corruption.

A hat-seller who was passing by a forest decided to take a nap under one of the trees. And so, he placed his basket full of hats on the ground, and dosed off.
A few hours later, he woke up and realized that all his hats were gone!
He looked around, and when he looked up, to his
surprise, the tree was full of monkeys, and they were all having his hats.
The hat-seller sat down, and began to think of what to do to be able to collect his hats.
While thinking of what to do, he was scratching his head. Then, suddenly, he noticed that the monkeys were doing
the same. Thereafter, he pulled off his own hat. Then, the monkeys did exactly the same. Suddenly, an idea struck his mind!! He took his hat and threw it on the ground, and the monkeys did likewise. That's how he was able to collect all his hats back!!!

On October 27, 1999, the then-governor of Nigeria's Zamfara State, Ahmed Sani Yerima, introduced Sharia law. Eleven other states in northern Nigeria with majority Muslim populations, including those of Kano and Kaduna, followed suit. The then President and C-in-C,Chief Olusegun
Obasanjo,GCFR,called it ''Political Shariah''.Today, Zamfara state is the un-safest state in this country where life is short, nasty & brutish. Terrorists nicknamed Bandits have created personal fiefdoms where they commit unspeakable atrocities not even minding that the state
operatives the Shariah law.

"Last Sunday, PUNCH newspaper published a breakdown of what the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) intends to spend in 2022. It is beyond scandalous. Beginning with N2.8 billion for “uniforms and clothing” it includes N550 million for refreshments, N262.5 million for security

''Last Saturday, hundreds of women from Tsafe local government of Zamfara State (some with their children and belongings) blocked Gusau-Kaduna road to protest persistent attacks by bandits who invade their communities to kill, maim, rape and cart away their possessions. And on
Monday, Daily Trust reported that despite the implementation of the Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) linkage to National Identification Number (NIN) policy on which the Minister of Digital Economy, Isa Pantami, was making a song and dance earlier in the year, kidnappers and
bandits are still deploying mobile phones with SIM cards to demand huge ransoms from families of their victims. Quoting a report by the West Africa Network for Peace Building (WANEP), the paper reported that “496 civilians and 87 security personnel were killed as a result of
