The Dec 2 lawsuit was in response to the SecDef Nov 30 memo stating that no federal funding will be expended on unvaccinated National Guard who do not have an exemption process in place. 
This Dec 7 SecAF Memo states that unvaccinated service members will be subjected to discharge within 5 calendar days if their final appeal or exemption is denied. af.mil/Portals/1/docu…

How is this readiness if vaccinated service members can still get sick and cause diplomatic military or gov't reroutes, cancellations or alter mission completion? Military/diplomatic readiness failed on the vaccinated watch just recently. reuters.com/world/us/us-ai…

@SeanReyesUT @SpencerJCox We need action to protect the safety and security of UT! A Utah Air National Guardsman reached out to me to let me know him and our other honorable men and women in uniform are going to lose their jobs after Dec 31st if they are not vaccinated.
