Blaine - Shooting. One is confirmed shot.
There's a search perimeter in the area of 89th and University Ave NE to 91st and Polk St NE area and over to Hwy 65.

--911 caller said a BM, 6'5" ran from the house and that his wife had been shot.

36xx Aldrich Ave N
Male reportedly shot. Police arriving, person on the ground Lyndale to Aldrich on 36th. Person is shot in the neck. Requesting EMS "on the reds" (urgent).
Suspect vehicle: Blue sedan.

A license plate was left on site, HAX*66. Police report seeing this plate on a vehicle earlier in the area. Belongs to a blue Mercury Milan.
Requesting Crime Lab (Car 21) and notify Car 710 (homicide/critical incident investigator).

An incident has been developing outside the Ramsey County Courthouse since before or around 7 a.m. There appears to be an ordinance disposal type vehicle outside. And several law enforcement units have responded.

UPDATE: Suspicious packages were reportedly left at/near the building.

A robbery caused a crash. One person may have a broken leg. Some of the injured may be suspects.
Suspects left in a maroon Subaru with no plates. Dispatcher notifying hospitals.

Responders requesting a Spanish speaking officer to the scene. 12:05
The Subaru is a stolen vehicle. Two people still on scene were jumped by the suspects. Then a bystander tried to intervene and crashed his vehicle into the suspect vehicle.

 There was just a call for an EDP who thinks relatives are hiding in his floorboards. The responder asked, "is this a police call, is Car 74 available?" Ya know, the $6M mental health responders who were supposed to have started last month?

 The officer said he heard they were starting at 7:30 a.m. today. Dispatcher said they're not starting until later because they have to hold a press conference.

So, screw people in need, we have to blow smoke and pat ourselves on the back first.

5th Precinct: Carjacking at gunpoint. Victim said the suspects fired a shot at their chest but nothing came out, so they think it was a blank.
Three suspects: One WM, one Native.
Loss: Blue Altima, plate CCX17*, and phone.
Now may be at 22nd & Lyndale Ave S.

Police arrived at the Speedway at 22nd and Lyndale Ave S. The Altima is reportedly there.
One suspect is running westbound, now south on Garfield: M, gray hoodie.

The Altima has been recovered at the gas station.

A search perimeter is being set up for the suspects.
