... is a dish that's *mostly* veggies with a *little* meat. I want meat used as an accent, not as a base. True for curries, burritos, sushi, breakfast, you name it. Yet it's almost impossible to find. (Same, incidentally, w/ Blue Apron & other meal-kit places.)

Like, my egg scramble is 10X better if I just sprinkle a few ounces of sausage in it. But I don't want big giant lumps of sausage.

And like, what about a hamburger that's 90% veggie/fake meat/whatever & 10% meat?

Same across the board: I want dishes with low-but-not-no meat.
