Have returned briefly to post this terrifying video complete with Nazi-style oaths to cleanse India of non-Hindus, killing if necessary. The organisation is the Hindu Yuva Vahini, part of India's ruling dispensation & the state Chief Minister who styles himself 'Yogi Adityanath'.

It is really baffling that the world is paying no attention to this. If you want to answer that question, 'what would I be doing if I was in 1930s Germany', the answer would be 'Scrolling past news reports of Hitler rallies & pogroms'. #HaridwarHateAssembly

You can follow the hashtag #HindutvaGenocideConference for more information but the fact is that adherents of the ruling dispensation in India are *openly* talking of ethnic cleansing, & here we are, whistling over our lattés.

And don't think this is all happening in far-away exotic India. Front organisations of these genocidal groups are right now on Western university campuses posing as innocent student societies concerned about 'Hinduphobia' (i.e. any criticism of this sick dispensation)

Actually, it's not that baffling. White supremacism is being made normative in the West, & although white supremacist despise all non-whites, Hindu supremacists feel fond kinship with fellow Aryanists. And all agree that only Islamist violence is actually bad.

In case you think the Nazi raised hand salute is coincidental, you'd be wrong. The founder figure for violent Hindutva ideologies explicitly singles out the Nazis for praise and emulation; the organisation itself modelled on fascist Mussolini's Balilla squads.

Next time you hear someone claiming 'Hinduphobia', elicit their views on the current dispensation & ongoing atrocities in India. You'll see what I mean.

Oh, & also, don't think this doesn't affect your own political dispensation. Britons, for instance, need only ask a few questions about their Home Secretary's closeness to the Hindutva brigade in India.

It remains one of the great ironies of this historical moment that explicit admirers of Nazi Germany, the Hindutva brigade, also see themselves as allies of Israel.
