The second question that I asked any person I knew indirectly (friends of friends, friends of relatives, etc.) when they called for herbs to help their immune system fight through the COVID during the height of the pandemic was:
DO YOU HAVE ANYBODY TO CARE FOR YOU?
Because this question was literally the determining factor of whether they could or should stay home & fight through with the help even food medicine/spices from a store.
When sick, you will not be able to get up and regularly make teas & medicinal broths.
At least without taxing your own body and expending the energy that your body needs to fight off these things.
So I’m saying this because many people literally WALKED into hospitals because that’s where they could be cared for or monitored, sometimes for worse outcomes.
I’m saying this because Black people really need to understand the intelligence of our recent and far ancestors in stressing marriage, valuing friendships, moving in groups and communalism.
It’s literally a survival mechanism.
When you are fighting illness or it suddenly hits the presence of someone being THERE with you Being able to provide short term or long term care to increase your survival chances was thought of and woven into the elders/ancestors emphasis on pairing, friendship & social bonds.
I promise you, in every facet of life, when you try to adopt the ways of others and don’t lean into the ways of your own DNA 🧬 and ancestors, you will not thrive. It’s un-Natural to you. ✍🏾
Cultivating followers but not cultivating social bonds is NOT the wave! 📌📌📌

Always remember that #Propaganda is a multi-pronged effort.
The first job is to AGGRESSIVELY discredit the truth or alternative approaches.
And the final hammer 🔨 is to THEN present their narrative of choice.
Low-cost and easily accessible natural remedies were completely downplayed as a treatment for COVID.
In same cases, it was even mocked as quackery and treatment as “snake oil”.
As a 3rd GEN. herbalist, I was taught to understand things & the body very well. We simply take a different path to get the results.
I can’t tell you how many medical papers I compiled when COVID-19 first came out to REALLY understand HOW it was attacking the respiratory system.
And I’ve stressed on here that it’s NOT Science that we don’t trust or believe in, it’s the SCIENTIST that we don’t trust because of recent & TOO MANY whistleblower reports that they are 📍BOUGHT & PAID TO LIE 📍
With that, while the spotlight is on Africa: how they’re the lowest vaccinated AND lowest death rates 🙂.
It’s time we start stressing another SCIENCE which is 👉🏾AUTHENTIC AFRICAN-STYLE COOKING.
That’s right: African cooking is not just flavorful but HEALTHIER: #ItsAScience 📌
It’s my predominant style of cooking because its hearty and tasty without the gluttonous feel.
I only use traditional, authentic recipes and I can tell you that no matter WHAT the flavor profile, how different one meal tastes from another…ALL African cooking starts with:
Africa remains the continent with the Lowest vaccination rates, least hospitalizations and lowest death rates from COVID in 2021.👌🏾📍
Wafaa El-Sadr, chair of global health at Columbia University.
“Africa doesn’t have the vaccines and the resources to fight COVID-19 that they have in Europe and the U.S., but somehow they seem to be doing better,” she said.
WHO data show that deaths in Africa make up just 3% of the global total. In comparison, deaths in the Americas and Europe account for 46% and 29%.
