The reality of Allah's hearing and seeing and how they differ from what we know [Part 2]

[A 🧵]
Today we carry on about unveiling the reality of the understanding, about the the hearing and seeing of Allah according to the Maturidiyah.
We will start with Imām Al-Maghnīsāwī and his explanation of Al-Fiqh Al-Akbar:

„And he sees, not like our seeing – because we see shapes/forms and colours with organs and restrictions, Allah sees shapes/forms and colours with His seeing, that is His attribute in eternity, not
with an organ, and not with a restriction of time, place, direction and encounter [meaning something stopping it from Allah hearing it - like a wall].....And He hears, unlike our hearing, because our we hear with organs and restrictions, Allah, Most High hears all the sounds and
words with his eternal Hearing, not with an organ from the ears eardrums, not with restrictions of time, place, direction, distance and closeness.“
Imam Ishaq Al-Hakeem Ar-Rumī explains how Allah's hearing and seeing is completely different, how Allah is able to hear before the presence of the thing and more, in his Sharh of Al-Fiqh Al-Akbar he writes:
„And you see in the state of your sleep, with the ability of the engines of the brain, shapes and colours in your vision. You hear sounds and words, and there is no shape, nor colour, nor soundmaker nor speaker present.
After a (period) of time you see those shapes and colours, you hear those sounds and words in the state of your wakefulness, and they are in accordance to what you saw and heard (when you are) in your sleep, without increase nor decrease (of those aforementioned things).
With this (example) you marvel how Allah sees shapes and colours before they existed. How He hears sounds and words before they happen, and he is the one who shows you the shapes and colours in your sleep, without their (actual) presence,
and he makes hear the sounds and words before they occur.“

In this he makes clear that Allah's, vision and hearing is not bound by time, and in fact he can see without the shape or form or colour occuring within the time space.

Iman, actions and the Hanafiyyah

[A 🧵]
Imam Abū Hanīfah says in Al-Wasiyyah:

„Actions are other than the belief, and the belief js other than actions, the evidence for this is at many times an action is uplifted from a believer, and it is not allowed to say, 'Iman was uplifted from Him.'
So an example would be, Allah ﷻ has lifted the prayer from her (the woman on menstruation), but it I not allowed to say, 'Iman was lifted from her and [she] was commanded with leaving Iman.

Is Allah affected by creation? [Part 1]

[A 🧵]

Imam Abu Ja'far at Tahawi says:

"...[He is] a provider without [any] effort"
A group claims that Allah's actions are Muhdath [Originated] yet not created. They have opened the door to Kalami arguments.

Why do they say this?

1) Because it happens when Allah wants it to happen, for example, Allah spoke to Musa a.s. in the past, not in the present.
They use the above example as proof, that Allah's actions of speaking with Musa, isn't eternal, rather it originated at that moment when of event.

Af'āl and Muhdath [Maturidi explanation]

[A 🧵]
Recently, I was listening to a discussion about the issue of Kalamullah where one Salafi brother threw in the claim that the actions of Allah are Muhdath in support of his claim that the Qur'an is Muhdath, and something Muhdath can be applied to Allah.
Oftently, when we see the Mutakallimeen and opposite cross paths, they roll over each other due to their terminological differences.

Not sure if you know what you are reading. Anyways, do tell us what is the مراد of الإرتفاع when Imam Tabari mentions it?

Is the Murad إرتفاع المكانية, إرتفاع الصلطانية or what is it?
The reason for this question is, due to the following point:

ربيت هذا الولد بيدي

I raised this child with my hands.

NOTE: This is not to discuss any specific Sifah of Allah, moreover is it about the Murad what one person makes.
In the above example, we know what Yadayy means and we know I am talking about hands > which are body parts (but this is not the point). However, what is my Murad when I make this statement?

My Murad with this is, that I raised this kid personally myself.

Pleaseeeeee I beg you to read my threads more carefully. Where did I say we don't understand anything from this? I even stated it is less Mutashabih than the others. I gave you that which we understand for ourselves in this.
تتعلق بالمسموعات
تتعلق بالمبصورات

As you like to call it, the رسم understanding of the Sifāt. Affirming the attributes of السمع and البصر is not related to which meaning we are affirming, but we all unanimously agree with the رسم I have stated.
I'm guessing you are blocked but I am adding this in anyways for people to see.
