1/ #Mpls man with a violent history, Richard Edwin Bullock, now 48, is charged with attempted murder and several other charges for allegedly setting his girlfriend on fire in 2019 inside and RV in north Minneapolis, and subsequently threatening to kill a witness and her family.
.
2/ Bullock has been incarcerated in jail on $750,000 bail since his arrest shortly after the incident in Sept. 2019 while the case proceeded.
Last fall, Bullock pleaded not guilty to all charges and remained in custody.
.
3/ Earlier this month, Bullock was offered a plea deal by the Hennepin County prosecutor in this case, Stuart Evan Shapiro (per case info).
Bullock would plead to 1st and 2nd degree assault.
The deal would dismiss attempted murder and the other charges.
.
4/ Under the deal, Bullock would be sentenced to 90 + 36 months on the two counts, to be served concurrently (at the same time).
MN only requires offenders to serve 2/3s of sentence incarcerated. So, with credit for time in jail, the deal would leave Bullock free in 2.7 years.
.
5/ The victim, who is permanently disfigured, has spoken out publicly in opposition to the plea deal.
Bullock is scheduled for sentencing on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022, by Judge Daniel C. Moreno.
Judge Moreno has the opportunity to deny the plea agreement at sentencing.

Hennepin County Sheriff responds to unhinged comments by Hennepin County Commissioner Marion Green this week saying she's not willing to fund the sheriff's office to do public safety.
"Today, 41 Hennepin County Police Chiefs and Mayors sent a letter to the Hennepin County Board in response to comments by Commissioner Marion Greene. In a county board meeting on Tuesday, Greene said “We are not funding the sheriff to provide public safety for Hennepin County. And, I'll reveal my cards, I'm not willing to fund the sheriff to provide public safety for Hennepin County.” That statement contradicts long-standing practice, Minnesota state law, and the public safety realities in our Hennepin County communities. Letter below."

NO! Here they are on video at the riot NEARLY 45 MINUTES before the flash bang struck their car.
These still images are from loser Jonathan Mason's video that night at about 8:30-8:45 p.m.
The tear gas call with the baby was dispatched at 9:22 p.m. THEY LEFT THEIR EFFING KIDS IN THE CAR AT A RIOT and the baby nearly died.
2/ These lying losers, Destiny and Shawn Jackson, have raised almost $200,000 after leaving their infant to nearly die along with their other five kids while they stood around at a riot.
