Snow is falling steadily in Superior but hundreds of homes are gone. This is along Andrew Dr, northeast of Indiana and Coalton. #MarshallFire

This is astonishing good news given the speed and scope of the fire. No known deaths.

Police in Lakewood, CO just released this photo of Agent Ferris who, while wounded, shot and killed the mass shooter who had ranted online about the weakness of women.
Agent Ferris was shot in the abdomen and is recovering in the hospital. "If not for the heroic efforts of Agent Ferris and other law enforcement, this incredibly violent tragedy could have been even worse," Lakewood Police said in a written statement.
The shooter, whose misogynist alt-right novels and writings urged the subjugation of women to "alpha" males, killed five people and injured several more Monday. He was declared dead on the scene after being shot by Agent Ferris.

NEW: Police identify Lyndon McLeod as the shooter who killed five people in Denver and Lakewood yesterday. Denver Police say McLeod was "on the radar of law enforcement" but charges were not filed after 2020 and 2021 investigations.
Police say McLeod was shot and killed by a Lakewood Police Agent after he shot her. She is expected to survive her injuries. Denver and Lakewood Police say McLeod exchanged fire with officers twice earlier and escaped both encounters.
Business records indicate the shooting spree suspect, Lyndon McLeod, once had a business, Flat Black Ink Corp, at the address of what's now World Tattoo in Denver. Police say McLeod fired shots near there yesterday. Three of the five people were killed were in other tattoo shops.

#HeyNext Commentary: We should admit we hold Republican Congresswoman @LaurenBoebert to a different standard than every other elected official in Colorado.
@laurenboebert We hold Congresswoman Boebert to a far lower standard. If we held her to the same standard as every other elected Republican and Democrat in Colorado - we'd be here nearly nightly chronicling the cruel, false, and bigoted things she says for attention and fundraising.
@laurenboebert This is not about politics, if politics is still about things like taxes, national security, health care, jobs, and public lands. This is about us as journalists recognizing that we'll hold a politician accountable if they say something vile once, but not if they do it every day.

NEW: Self-proclaimed "right-wing religious fanatic" radio host Bob Enyart of Colorado, who urged a boycott of COVID-19 vaccines, has died of COVID-19, his longtime radio co-host confirms to #9NEWS. #copolitics
Enyart, a one-time director of Colorado Right to Life, used his former cable television show to mock AIDS victims by name. Recently, Enyart urged a boycott of COVID-19 vaccines "to further increase social tension and put pressure on the child killers."
Enyart and his wife Cheryl had been hospitalized with COVID-19 for more than a week, according to a social media post by Denver Bible Church in Wheat Ridge, where Enyart preached.

SCC covers participants' rent until they find a job, then surrounds them with peer support and resources to stay sober and overcome mental health challenges. They recently added a staffer to focus on helping participants repair relationships with family, a key to success.
