Just watched @ZssBecker video on trading #microcaps . Loved his honesty and clarity of thought! 1) We are trading human psychology. It's ok to buy & sell based on narrative. Donโt be a purist. Most of these companies aren't even making money yet
2) Micro cap trading is about getting into things early and then trading in & out and taking decisions rapidly 3) It's not just about what coins to buy. But when to sell them, if you want to keep your gains
4) Micro caps lag BTC. If BTC pumps, micros will generally start pumping 1-2 weeks after that. And when BTC stops, the party in micro caps goes on for another 1-2 weeks before the hangover hits and markets go down
5) Know what you are buying and have a basis of what the target market cap based on comparable can reach 6) Donโt get greedy. Keep taking profits along the way Sell 30-50% after 2-3x, then sell another 50% of what is left after another 2x and so on..
7) It's not about timing the top, it is about holding on to your gains 9) Donโt just buy something because an influencer has shilled it, become the master of the 1 door. If you are good you should get to the micro-caps before the YouTube is shilling them
10) if you have 2-5X your money, then move on to the next coin and wait for the current one to cool down
While all of this seems simple and obvious, it is really hard to 1) make a plan 2) stick to the plan 3) not just blindly follow a good lead someone threw at you on youtube
There is more gold in the video, if you want to watch the full thing

If u own more than 4-5 nft projects, it would qualify as a portfolio. There are a trade-off, decisions, monitoring that is required to optimize returns.๐งต๐

I have tried all 3 boxes and for my personal style, I would like to Type B - an investor who is comfortable holding for 6-12 months but with an ultimate aim to make money

It is almost depressing to spend the 2nd day of a new year looking at the crappy NFTs I bought & wonder what was I thinking when I paid between $1k to $20k for them.
1) There is no real basis to understand how low the price of a project can fall - if it can go from 0.05ETh to 10eth, why is 5Eth a good price to buy it back.
@GalacticApesNFT is a great project that went to 2.5 ETH floor, then down to 1.5eth, then hung around at 1ETH. So i bought in. Guess what went down to 0.2 ETH in 7 days of buying in..
