This thread🧵 is for people who are young and employed with various organizations and trying to find happiness.
1/
Find your definition of happiness. Mine was:
1) Financial freedom. 2) Do things that I enjoy doing the most. 3) I always wanted to be the boss of my own time.
One thing I used to hate the most was when my Boss use to ask 1st thing in the morning (Kahan ho/ Where are you?)
2/
Soon I figured out that I cant leave job as i don't have Plan-B. So I decided to do my Job like my own business.
1) I negotiated with every Boss in a very transparent way ( I will give you 5% more than what is expected from me but I expect certain things from you).
3/
Trust me every Boss likes a confident player with BOLD mindset in their team and they are willing to ignore certain issues with individuals like me.
All they liked was the guy is consistently hitting the targets!
They stopped asking me "Kahan ho?" in the morning.
😀
4/
Always be willing to take city transfers in Job. This is probably the only thing that provided me more learning than any institutions could do.
I have lived & learned cultures of all these states.
5/
In you initial days in the Job work like a (Sipahi/Soldier) of an army. Just take orders and deliver. Why?
1. Get first hand experience on the job. 2. You learn the most in these early days. The more you slog yourself in early days tougher you evolve as an individual.
6/
When you "slog" blindly in those early days it helps immensely. You think that no one is observing your work.
Until you get a call from your current Boss who goes to another company and invites you to join him.
or
Or your competitor calls you to join them.

I know it is difficult but I kept trying something as a side hustle to gain financial freedom. So I tried:
Amway : Failed
Forever: Failed
Lost investment in Speak Asia: Embarrassed.
Garments Trader: Partially failed
I failed but gained lot of experience!
8/
I soon figured out the reason of my failure in side hustles.
I was chasing money desperately.
I once again changed my attitude and started chasing something that I liked.
I liked "Public speaking/ Story telling".
9/
I started taking session on career, Soft-skills and how to be a good speaker?
Cost: For free.
Target audience: Students of government schools.
What I got?: Smiles on faces of kids.
I started enjoying it. This gave me happiness and improved my public speaking skills.
10/
Financial freedom still remained an unachieved goal and then came Bitcoin.
I was open to every new idea in my life and Bitcoin was just part of it.
I lost my entire life saving by investing in a Bitcoin Ponzi scheme.
Reason: I was desperately chasing money.
11/
I had taken a personal loan to invest. Honestly speaking my Job helped me to come out of that difficult phase of my life.
In the world of startups euphoria trust me Job as an alternative is not bad at all.
There is always a right time to switch that only you know best!
12/
No side hustle along with a job is a waste.
All my attempts made me a confident public speaker. Today people feel I am good as a speaker.
It was possible because I kept improving skills for 10 years as a side hustle.
I didn't knew I will be making Youtube videos one day.
13/
Today, after being known as crypto influencer, I know that true happiness can only be achieved when you honestly dedicate your life for a purpose to serve others.
You can do it with job as a side hustle or independently.

China🇨🇳 state-backed #Blockchain is integrating with 6 public blockchains.
Now just imagine anyone from anywhere will be able to build apps and run nodes using data storage and bandwidth from BSN’s overseas data centers.
🇨🇳wants to be the only infra provider to all the firms.
To add on to this we all know that 🇨🇳 controls more than half of the world’s Bitcoin mining operations — upward of 65% of the computing power to mine #Bitcoin. No other country is anywhere near that number.
What Mr. Garg said yesterday and its implications:
1. Mr. Garg's body language was very receptive yesterday he had a smile on his face for an hour and he was genuinely interested in the discussion. Yes, that could be because he is not holding the chair anymore.
Part-1...
2. Mr. Garg seemed hostile toward the word "Currencies" as no one other than a sovereign nation has the right and duty to issue and manage "currencies".
This is ok as there is hardly any nation on planet who is willing to allow crypto as "Legal Tender".
Part-2..
Mr. Garg seemed impressed with the setup, background of speakers, and obviously, the number of viewers registered to listen to his views. On quite a number of occasions, he called @NischalShetty by his name and added his views to his examples.
