I woke up and UBA wiped off 10k fro my account. Just like that.

I’ve not used that account to spend in weeks. Infact I hate using the account.

So I would like to find out how that happened. Transaction history shows nothing except stamp duty.
Never seen anything like it.

I’ve requested they show me my bank statement stating how 12,000 left my account (It’s actually 12k not 10k).

They’ve stopped answering me.

You probably have heard Buhari looking to borrow $3bn for God knows what.
2. And you’ve heard that Nigeria’s foreign reserves is circa $40bn

Why is Buhari not taking from the reserves. Why is he putting us in debt abi?

Well those foreign reserves are not really reserves 😂
3. Abi if you reserve money, it means that it is yours for the rainy day, night right?

Well not in this case.

Nigeria sell goods to the world majorly oil and collects dollars in return.

The IBB coup that toppled the draconian Buhari regime on August 27, 1985, the coup was welcomed by NIgerians
After almost eight years of dribbling Nigerians (Chief Bisi Onabanjo nicknamed Babangida Maradona, after the famous Argentine footballer), IBB finally announced that he would hand over power to an elected successor come August 27, 1993, the eighth anniversary of his coup.
Because they were friends, Abiola believed him despite glaring evidence that Babangida was insincere.

1. National Census: The gymnastics of Nigerian Politicians - Nigeria's problem since 1960

1962 census has serious problems of rigging.

According to results, the Northern region had about 31 million people - some six million more than the Eastern and Western regions combined
2. The West and East shouted "ojoro" and refused to accept that "the scattered north could outnumber the crowded remainder..." of the country

There was great crises brewing over census numbers... Each region threatening violence on the other.

Govt cancelled it to save peace
3. FG repeated census again in 1963.

Politicians with their mischief, demanded census inspectors to be exchanged to avoid being bribed by their host region.

Results still gave the North more numbers that the entire south combined.

This time, the number was less outrageous

You guys were too young to remember how Andy Uba and his brother Chris kidnapped a sitting governor at gunpoint because that governor was not loyal to the godfather (Chris Uba).

Even the President was quiet about it

Might be the most mafia moment this country ever witnessed
Most don't remember or were too young

It was July 10, 2003.

The Governor got to his office by 10am, by 11am, he saw his ADC being pushed out of his office by AIG Raphael Ige alongside a fully armed DSP.

The Governor senses trouble but keeps calm
Usually when a Police person comes into the office, they salute. AIG Ige (Now late) didn't do that.

He sits on the couch at the office and tells the Governor "Oga you have to leave that table and stop that work".

Governor asks why? He says orders from above.

1. The events of Murtala Mohammed assassination.

THREAD!
2. It was the morning of Friday, February 13th, 1976.

Military martial music blasted the air through the Govt owned Radio Nigeria.

Martial music was bad

The following words came after.. "Good morning, fellow Nigerians. This is Lt. Col. B. Dimka of the Nigerian Army calling."
3. This was 9am.

He continued "The Murtala Mohammed's govt is now overthrown by young revolutionaries..."

Before then, Dimka and some soldiers had ambushed General Mohammed's unescorted black Benz and riddled it with bullets.
