These attacks are repeatedly launched by terrorist groups against buses on the Deir Ezzor-Palmyra road.
The terrorists launch these attacks from the al-Tanf area that is under the control of US illegal occupation forces, which provides protection & support for these terrorists.

Over the past months, several media reports talked about transferring hundreds of ISIS terrorists by the US illegal occupation forces from Iraq, & from the prisons that they control with QSD militia in Hasaka.

On other occasions US illegal occupation forces transfer them to the al-Tanf area, where they train and arm them, so that they attack the Syrian Arab Army personnel and the vital facilities and the residential compounds in the Syrian al-Badia region.
