B12 and folate are required to utilize iron properly.

B12 is created in active daily sunlight, folate is destroyed with UV light and created in total darkness without artificial blue light at night.
This also ties into methylation and resolving vitamin dependencies re: MTHFR genetics.

You’ll be dependent on high dose vitamins like drugs until you stop living like a zoo animal.
This effect on folate is minimized and in some cases, even prevented by melanin synthesis (hence more sun exposure and a tan providing some protection).

You can’t expect to have healthy thyroid function without AM sunlight, seafood, low EMF environment, cold thermogenesis, metabolic health, healthy weight, and the elimination of refined sucrose and industrialized vegetable/seed oils.

Likely won’t even require exogenous hormones.
Phenylalanine is an aromatic amino acid that is used to form tyrosine, the sun programs aromatic amino acids.

Iodine from seafood is combined with the aromatic amino acid Tyrosine, this forms T3 and T4.

AM sunlight runs the program.
This is why Peatarians require exogenous hormones.

Differences between parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems and their functions in the human body.
This is the reason breath work, sunlight, clean unmagnetized water, grounding, magnesium, and thiamine are so important to general health.
I’ve also come across various studies stating the Ayurvedic doshas are dependent on parasympathetic and sympathetic states, which you can clearly see why.

Vegans are really insufferable people. My friend here was just sharing his life experience and they’ve been attacking him for 4 days straight.

What malnutrition and lack of proper protein/fat does to the brain.
Note how none of them look healthy and many of them are mentally ill with numerous health conditions.
They’re from Reddit apparently. Their attention span will run out soon and they’ll swarm onto the next.
