In conclusion, Theranos was an extravagantly capitalized non-solution to a non-problem.

The purpose of Theranos was to attract capital, advertise the founder as a dazzling fiction, and sic lawyers & thugs on whistleblowers & journalists.

BUT! By contrast real American inventions (forget "innovations") are useful, and solve real problems, & are created by nameless inventors who need no glory.

They don't even need venture capital or thugs. Because...PEOPLE INSTANTLY BUY THEM BECAUSE THEY WORK.

And thus I show you to THREE miraculous inventions that are cheap & astonishing—and solve problems!

They don't even need covergirls & fortresses guarded by David Boies & Hells Angels!

They are: woodglue, the ultrasonic humidifier & eyelash growth serum.

If you don't have the problems they solve (wood in want of an adhesive, dry air, scant eyelashes), you DON'T NEED TO BUY THEM! And ffs they don't need your investments or PR!

No "story," "team" or "influencers."
