🧵 Case rate continuing exponential acceleration in Johnson Co. KS today with 967 cases per 100K. Test positivity 22%. Students returned to class today after school board voted down mask requirement for students. We are on our own but not powerless.

We have attempted to reduce the risk in my wife's classroom by monitoring CO2 levels which are an excellent proxy for how well the room is ventilated. Testing shows that the room has close to 0 air changes per hour as values climb through the day to over 1400 ppm. 2/# @AranetIoT

Knowing this, we have built two #corsirosenthalbox air filtration purifiers that continuously pull in drifting contaminated air through the filters and blow out virus free air. The two boxes cycle the 11,000 cubic feet of classroom air every 10 minutes. 3/#
