Ray Epps isn't the only J6 suspect to mysteriously disappear from the FBI's most-wanted list.

One man was filmed carrying a concealed handgun at the riot. He vanished from the list the same day the NYTimes reported an FBI informant breached the capitol.

The man, dubbed #GingerGun by online sleuths, was on the list for over 5 months before he was quietly removed from the list.

Here's video of him attempting to conceal his handgun amid a crowd of Capitol rioters.

He was pictured wearing an earpiece later during the riot.
A third man, dubbed #HarleyJacketBatonMan, was filmed beating police officers with a baton during the riot.

The FBI removed him from the list without explanation in late February, just weeks after he first appeared on the list.
There have only been 13 suspects removed from the FBI's Capitol Violence most wanted list, which has grown to 511 suspects:

2 were photojournalists
2 were minors
1 has been arrested and charged
4 were relisted under different numbers
1 was moved to another FBI list
...
The remaining three removed suspects are Epps, #GingerGun and #HarleyJacketBatonMan, both of whom have not yet been publicly identified.

The FBI refused to comment on why these people were removed from their Capitol Violence most wanted list.

I've been going back and forth with @StateDept all day to get answers to two simple Qs:

1. Will you refund any Americans who were charged $2,000+ to board flights out of Kabul.

2. Why does your evac form still say charges will be levied?

No answers:

State spokesman Ned Price said 24 hours ago that the Biden administration had no intention of charging Americans fleeing Afghanistan.

But a form Americans are REQUIRED to fill out to secure an evac flight continues to state RIGHT NOW that evacuees will need to pay up: Image
Maddingly, after nearly a day of emails back and forth, the State Department provided me an "off the record" response saying they were "currently working to update this information across all our web and social media platforms."

Meaning I'm not "allowed" to post this info

It has been 15 hours since the Biden administration said it had no intention of charging Americans for evacuation flights out of Afghanistan.

Fleeing Americans are still being told they'll need to reimburse the government for their flight in a REQUIRED form.
"You must complete this form even if you’ve previously submitted your information to the U.S. Embassy in Kabul by another means. This form is the only way to communicate interest in flight options," the US Embassy in Afghanistan said Wednesday.

NEW: The Biden administration continues to tell American citizens in a REQUIRED FORM they could have to pay more than $2,000 to flee Afghanistan, hours after the State Department told the press it had no intention of levying any such charges.

dailycaller.com/2021/08/19/bid…
The Biden admin said nearly 4 hours ago it had no intention of seeking reimbursement from people fleeing Afghanistan.

This is what the form that Americans are REQUIRED to complete to secure their flight out of Afghanistan says RIGHT NOW:
State Department spokesman Ned Price, 4 hours ago: "In these unique circumstances, we have no intention of seeking any reimbursement from those fleeing Afghanistan."

Required US Gov. form, RIGHT NOW: "All passengers will need to reimburse the U.S. Government for the flight."
