1. In Australia vaccinate or use 3 ways to get an exemption. Covid case in the past 6 months is not one.

2. To win appeal against visa refusal Novak Djokovic must show Australia Border Force did not follow law.
This is the sole issue.
I cannot possibly see how they did not.
What Djokovic or Tennis Australia did or said is totally irrelevant to the appeal.

3. Novak Djokovic timeline.
Nov 2021. Tennis Australia told by govt. very strongly unvaccinated players not allowed.
TA sets deadline for players to show positive test by 10 Dec. For tournament entry not visa.
He claims he tested + for covid 16 Dec. Said nothing at time.

When Djokovic tested + for covid in June 2020 very vocal about result.
17 and 18 Dec 2021 Djokovic attends public events. No mask. Shakes hands & photographed in groups. No mention of + covid test on day before.
Djokovic now submits request for exemption to TA.

Dec 2021 Tennis A grant Djokovic exemption to play in AO. Applies for visa. Ticks box says has documents for medical exemption.
Jan 2022 Flies to Australia. Has no documents. Refused visa.(of course). Is allowed to stay in hotel & appeal. Has zero grounds for appeal.

There are only 3 reasons for a medical exemption
1. You tried the first vaccine and had a bad reaction
2. You have a medical condition like a bad heart
3. You have valid psychological gear of vaccination (difficult to prove I imagine).

Here is more from the Australian government website. They make it very clear.
States a list of conditions that are
“not valid reasons for an immunisation medical exemption”..
“Previous infection with the same pathogen” is on this list.

Serbia has had 1000 times the number of covid deaths of where I live in Queensland, Australia. Considering population.
1000 times.
But yeah the world press is reporting Serbian govt. opinions of our border policy on vaccination.
