If there’s one group who must be silenced for the common good, it’s those who keep yelling “Trump and his goons will get away with it no matter what.” These defeatist morons are just creating the public expectation for Trump getting away with it, which lets him get away with it.
The people who yell this defeatist stuff are, consciously or subconsciously, ROOTING for Trump to get away with it all. They only care about getting to feel the most outrage possible, which REQUIRES LOSING. They need Trump to get away with it all, to satisfy their mental defect.
These untreated mental patients, disguised as political activists, aren’t just trying to lose. They see you as a THREAT if you’re trying to fight and win, because their outrage-addicted psychosis means they NEED to lose. Their defeatist rhetoric is aimed at wearing YOU down.
Whether it’s left, right, or center, large chunks of political “activism” in the internet / cable news era are just a psych ward. Mentally unwell rage addicts trying to use political outrage as self-medication, in place of the professional psychological help they need instead.
If you want to actually win and actually make anything better, you have to 1) acknowledge you’re navigating a defeatist psych ward on here, and 2) push back against the mentally broken defeatists at every turn. They’re by far your biggest obstacle to delivering positive change.
If you want to pretend that the defeatist mental patients on your own side don’t exist, or are mere bots, or are harmless, then you’re never going to be able to deliver any actual political change. If you’re not willing to take on the defeatists, your “activism” is going nowhere.
Every single time you speak on social media about fighting for political wins and progress, you’re directly competing with the defeatists on your “side” who spend 24/7 telling everyone on your side to give up and lose and succumb to outrage addiction instead. That’s the battle.
