I would rather die than have a YT therapist/psychologist for this reason. Just unhinged.
Like mfs don’t be trying to get you to “trauma dump” the first session 😭! Fuck outta here
I’ve had about 3 psychologists/psychiatrists & they’ve all been Black/of color (Pakistani + Indian) & have all dealt with colorism. And I know being marginalized doesn’t magically mean that you’re gonna be a great professional, but I’ve lucked out on that so far & I’m grateful.
