If history teaches us one thing is that no regime can rule over Afg by force, Taliban are no exception. Even if taliban cnrtle over 95% of Afg, resistance against terrorism continues in different forms more effectively than 1990s.
The problem is more fundamental. The demands of @AhmadMassoud01 but also those of Tajiks, Hazaras and Uzbeks in general therefore are just, i.e., a decentralisation of system. The solution therefore needs to adress causes of decades years of internal struggles.
Before Abdul Rahman Khan, Afg had a decentralised governing system. For example, Hazarajat was an autonomous region within the framework of Afg. Abdul Rahman in 1890s committed a genocide against Hazara by murdering more than half of the community for the seek of centralisation
Since Abdul Rahman Khan, Afg have a centralised gov meaning that all decisions are taken in @ARG__AFG
by a king, emir or president or cleric. This centralisation ony has produced poverty, discrimination, electoral fraud, civil wars & massacres of collapse of republic in aug 21.
If we, the people of Afghanistan, are honest & want long term solution & peace instead of ethnic supremacy, then a certain degree of decentralisation is the only option. Otherwise, there will never be peace & equality.
MARK MY WORDS(!)
Afghanistan is not the only multi-ethnic, multi-lingual & multi-religious society which has been struggling with multi-decades problems of wars & poverty (see f.e. USA, Swiss, Ger, Bel, Pak, India). All those nations chose for a federal system or a decentralised system.
If we want to address the grievances of ALL people of Afghanistan (women, men, liberals, religious, different ethnics, etc.), then we can not escape a certain form of decentralised governance as long-term solution to our deep-rooted problems. Best option is Federalism(!)
I call on the brains/youth of Afghanistan to address the root causes of our multi-decades of our problems instead of siding with one party or other for seek of your ethnicity
These are my thoughts, hopefully nobody is offended. I am going to publish my paper on this matter soon!
Examples of a federation or federal province or state include Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, Canada, Germany, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Switzerland, and United States.
Some even characterize the European Union as the pioneering example of federalism in a multi-state setting, in a concept termed the federal union of states.
Swiss and Belgium are excellent examples of countries with multi-ethnics, multi-lingual, multi-religions and a history of civil war and they have chosen federalism to solve their problems.
