So @baseballcrank denies fed involvement in J6 and suggests the only reason I conclude J6 was an inside job is to sell books.

Since Dan has done zero reporting on J6, I will offer a few examples of how cops, agitators incited the crowd and let protesters into the building…

Newsweek just confirmed FBI had elite forces stationed at Quantico the weekend before J6 and hundreds of agents were deployed to the capital on the morning of J6 and entered the building with 1 set of protesters. Um, who were they and what did they do?

Since Dan is a LAWYER, I’m sure he has a good legal explanation as to why Person One in every Oath Keeper indictment who was at the Capitol on J6 still hasn’t been charged even with trespassing while at least 20 Oath Keepers face criminal charges:

There’s plenty more to add but I’ll end with this for now. I hope @baseballcrank has a solid explanation for why Ray Epps also isn’t charged. I can name defendants who did far less that face serious charges.

Definition of an inside job:

•infiltrate “militia” groups months in advance

•conduct tabletop exercises to game out potential violence after Election Day

•deny offers of extra security on January 6

•assemble elite FBI forces at Quantico the weekend before January 6

•deploy govt/political agents the night before at rallies, hotels, etc

•deploy hundreds of FBI “shadowy commandos” into the city that morning

GOP senators better raise holy hell on this. Under what authority does Olsen have to open up an investigative unit to target American citizens?

Olsen: "The world is watching" how we respond to J6.
Mike Lee: Has anyone been charged with insurrection?

I just replayed Matt Olsen's testimony. It confirms DOJ NSD, an agency created to coordinate intel during the 1st war on terror, will create a domestic terror unit.

Anyone who still disputes that J6 is a pretext to launch a domestic war on terror against the Right is delusional.
Hirono expressing frustration of Democrats who are mad DOJ isn't yet using terror enhancements against "insurrectionists." She's including those who attacked police. Prosecutors have used "domestic terrorists" language in motions but not pursued enhancements
