Foundations poured more than $23 billion into racial equity nonprofits in 2020 and 2021 after spending $3.3 billion between 2011 and 2019.

Democrat partisans focused on winning elections and implementing progressive policy not so sure all this bounty will help.
Democrat party professionals trying to fight off overpowering influence of $23 billion leviathan
Why does the electoral arm of the party know something that everyone else in American knows that the philanthropic complex does not?
I don't believe the people who posit a conscious conspiracy of the powerful to destroy any possibility of cross-racial alliance in pursuit of redistributionist aims; but you have to admit it sure looks like one
Is there someone who knows the big time nonprofit game that explain to me why there was so much money to give all at once and why it all went to the same causes?

This footnote by Amia Srinivasan, taken from her book, the Right to Sex, poses the question in a useful way. It is a hard question that is part of the psychosexual pre-history of our times. I will feel I have satisfied my purpose as I writer when I have answered it.
What I like about the framing is the way at looks at two pieces by the same author and uses it as a lens to look at the way the world change. Here are two of my favorites: salon.com/2005/09/20/kun…
The story told in Srinivasan's sequence is in a way the same story told in mine. This is the story that hasn't quite been told, merely acted out by the culture industries.

The test was the instrument for picking from the various European ethnicities for incorporation into an Ivy League superclass — but concurrently to the project of black-white integration
Omicron makes it so that there is no longer a pro-social purpose to taking a vaccine or booster. Vaccines do not prevent transmission of Omicron and thus do not protect anyone else.
What they do is protect *you* from serious illness.
Sure, the data will show some difference based on vaccine and boosted status.
As a practical matter, whoever isn't isolating will get Omicron. That's what my various social networks are all telling me -- and I think what most of everyone's social networks are telling them.
If you are vaccinated and boosted it will just be a cold.
