Today is the first time anyone has been charged with seditious conspiracy regarding Jan 6.

And the Feds also just slapped that charge (sedition) on the other targets of the ongoing Oath Keepers conspiracy case.

This only happened after they built their case up to the leader.
“The [Oath Keepers] superseding indictment has now effectively been split into three parts: the 11-defendant seditious conspiracy case, a seven-defendant original case, and a third case against one of the previously charged defendants.”

Important

When “crowd members forced entry into the Capitol,” Rhodes then stepped onto the grounds and called his OK members over to him.

Then those OK’s formed up in a stack & went to occupy the building.

The QRFs stood by, outside the city, ready to supply them with weapons.
People need to be prepared to consider that a scenario resembling this👇 was absolutely in the realm of possibility on January 6th.

Now, couple the Rhodes OKs indictment with the picture that the @January6thCmte is painting.

In a few weeks, they will have prime time hearings.

Biden just fired Darren Beattie.

He was fired as a Trump speechwriter when CNN reported that he spoke at a white nationalist conference. He promotes neo nazi protests.

He has been pushing disinfo about Jan 6.

Trump appointed him to a group related to Holocaust preservation.
Beattie has been using Revolver News to push the Ray Epps/false flag conspiracy theories, to try to provide cover to right wing insurrectionists.

Here he is helping Tucker do the same.

Until today, he still held a government position, where Trump appointed him.

[THREAD]

There is something potentially very big in the Stewart Rhodes indictment that has not been noticed/reported yet.

First - a story that has flown under the radar:

The Kremers had also planned a rally at the *Supreme Court* later that day.

h/t/cc @satirehat @leesgirl9
We can only speculate about the reason for the SCOTUS rally, but we do have a couple of clues.

Namely, Louie Gohmert had a lawsuit waiting for SCOTUS *on* Jan 6 - one that would make Mike Pence responsible for choosing the electors that day.

They badly wanted SCOTUS to take it.
Listen to Sidney Powell describe this in her own words.

They thought that, if Congress could be prevented from reconvening, then Alito might have picked up their case, and stopped the entire certification.

Did Pelosi play some role in slow rolling this case?

Tony Shaffer, the fellow who has been trolling and attacking researchers on Twitter, was the “lead investigator” for the Amistad project, which was apparently involved in creating forged state elector documents, as well as in filing “Kraken” lawsuits to overturn the election.
Shaffer also sat on the Trump 2020 board, and admits that he was at the rally on January 6th.

Although he stutters quite a bit when he has to address whether Trump incited violence.

He wants us to believe that no one could have predicted that people would storm the Capitol.
Why do we suspect that the Amistad Project may have been involved with the fraudulent state elector plan?

Because they released a massive 1,400 page ‘super appendix’ of documents before January 6th.

And the fraudulent elector documents were found included in that appendix.

Nearly five months ago, @Reuters published this article, which is completely false.

Right wing propagandists still use it daily, to deny that there was any coordinated effort behind the insurrection.

It needs to be retracted.

reuters.com/world/us/exclu…
I pointed out the sourcing issues the day that it was published.

Since then, the @January6thCmte themselves have completely debunked it.

And yet it still remains online, to be used by bad faith propagandists.
“It’s been made clear to us that reports of such a conclusion are baseless.”

This sure is an interesting bit of heuristics on the Denver shooter.

Ngo, Cernovich, and ZubyMusic.

Stepping stones on his road to radicalization.

And in the “Liminal Order” of this Claremont Institute Fellow.
He really liked this Peter Thiel associate who was also connected to the Claremont Institute.
