1/ Here’s how KongBTC, a Dubai based influencer fraudulently mislead 100+ people into losing 49.114 BTC

👇
2/ Back in Fall of 2018 Kong & his partner VJ frequented a number of different crypto servers eventually opening up three different investment pools (TCD, CTH, Solo pool)
3/ At first they opened a ETH based trading pool in The Crypto Den (TCD) that Kong & his partner claim turned a 30% profit when it was in fact a loss.

Here’s the contract that was agreed to by a TCD pool members.
4/ Simultaneously they ran another pooled fund of 17.514 from a Discord community called The Crypto Hub (CTH). They paid out members of the TCD ETH pool with these proceeds.

(Video call held with Kong after funds were all lost)
5/ Confident in Kong & VJ’s ability (unknowing TCD ETH actually turned a loss) a new TCD BTC investment pool was raised for.

All the reports sent to members showed Kong & VJ were comfy in profit.

(Video call held with Kong after funds were completely lost)
6/ In January 2019 just before the pool was due to finish Kong & VJ came out saying that it had all had been lost due to poor trading
7/ On 1/30 victims voted to propose a repayment plan but Kong offered a minimum of $250 a month & VJ disappeared.

Ex: At a BTC price of $10k per this would take 163 years!

After this failed the victims of the investment pool decided to take legal action.
8/ Legal action proved to costly. Six total police reports were filed but due to difficulties with Covid delays piled on

In October 2021 however VJ was finally convicted of fraud.

Kong however moved jurisdictions however making all progress stagnant.
9/ Nowadays Kong spends his time flexing on the timeline even with hurting the pockets of 100+ people
10/ Let’s not forget all the undisclosed paid shills Kong does deceiving followers.
11/ After the tweet below Kong DM’d me claiming he did nothing wrong and cited mental health issues.

It’s funny he states the contract except leaves out the part they fraudulently manipulated reports (admits on video).
12/ Luckily recently Dubai released new guidance for influencers promoting crypto
13/ In case you’re invested in this and want to watch the full interview with Kong it appears to be uploaded here:

14/ It’s sad to see all the people effected by this and why I had to be invited to a server with all the victims trying to get justice still in 2022.
@DubaiPoliceHQ I think this guy right here meets all the criteria of you’re looking penalize.

Jail time ✅
Fine ✅

1/ Let’s review all the direct scams Bitboy has worked with in the past. Just in case you forgot here is the flyer with how much he charges.

I received this a while back by posing as a project interested in a promotion.
🧵 👇
2/After Coffeezilla made a video on paid promotions in the crypto space last month an Official Bitboy representative stated they “rigorously vet” projects.

I uncovered 7 direct scams Bitboy actively worked with and promoted to his audience.
3/ In Fall 2020 Bitboy worked with $MYX and even was warned by community members. Bitboy has since deleted the video.

1/ Let’s look at how @moonrabbitaz ( $aaa) and @angelversetti have screwed over thousands of people not long after his last slow rug Ambrosus ( $amb)

🧵
2/ Since this past fall AAA has aggressively been DM’ing Twitter accounts to promote the project
3/ It seems it worked however bc a bunch of Twitter accounts have collectively promoted it (none disclosed)

Using meaningless buzzwords and misleading language to trick inexperienced people into buying (Birb, Rafaela, Cameos, etc.)

For more just see who @moonrabbitaz retweets

1/ Here’s an interesting one. A short story about how @lemiscate (angel investor) dumped all of his XDEFI immediately at launch for a $418k profit on his public ENS.
2/ On 3/24/21 XDEFI announced they concluded their $1.2m seed round. Among those was @lemiscate

Tokenomics wise seed round participants received 25% at TGE (Token Generation Event) with the rest vested linearly over a 3 yr period.
3/ XDEFI trading went live after their IDO on 11/18.

From aavechan.ens we see he received 240k XDEFI on 11/18 (25% on TGE) so during the seed round we see he bought 960k XDEFI tokens for $25.9k ($0.027/token)

Here’s the tokenomics for the project if you’re wondering why the chart might look like that

Hardly any lockup for the seed, strategic, & private round

Even the team has token unlocks beginning after month three ImageImageImage
Search “$GS IDO” on Twitter to see who shilled this one undisclosed

Sometimes you’ll see replies to a deleted tweet. Just go to archive.org and copy paste the link

This is a great way to check other projects too if someone’s tweets do not seem organic

1/ Here’s a thread on the top 10 worst accounts to follow crypto trading edition:

1) @crypto_banter
2) @crypto_birb
3) @scottmelker
4) @Bitboy_Crypto
5) @thecryptolark
6) @elliotrades
7) @MMCrypto
8) @JRNYcrypto
9) @TheMoonCarl
10) @IvanOnTech
2/ Why them? Well all have a similar theme in common

-undisclosed shills (paid or seed round)

-Shill low tier VC scam coins (launch pads, vaporware, etc.) as gems

-encourage newbies to lose $$$ on perps

-some dumped on followers w/ On-Chain evidence (Melker & Banter)
3/ Continued:

-well for “gems” they hype them up as next 100x with clickbait titles which newbies fall victim too

-plagiarism (bitboy)

8/10 of these people don’t know what they’re actually talking about
