One of the best things in a growing field is to see nuance & disagreement. For example, consider this table summarizing results from 3 studies analyzing spatial distribution of US buyout. Papers by Mach et al. 2019; Elliott et al. 2020; Nelson & Molloy 2021

The application of new tech to #managedretreat is also quite exciting, such as potential for #virtualreality to help residents SEE the effects of sea level rise and the potential for managed retreat, by @JulianoCalil and amazing colleagues at @nature_org mdpi.com/2073-4441/13/9…
