1) Wow, i have no clue that the Burnisde suit (the comics one) was soo much divise as the revelation informs. I enjoy the suit in the comics, but i found A LOT fo people what dislike that suit just for the fact is the Burnside one. #Batgirl

2) I think the suit looks OK but that's it. But that's the thing: not everything 2D translate well in 3D and i believe that one of the cases. I (as many) was expecting a more colant/tactical suit, but i believe the color is the main issue here. #Batgirl

That edition here would be perfect and fitting better as a "Homemade suit". What lead us to 3) the shot itself lacks some level of production. [+]

There is nice it was done on set, but looks like the someone take his Iphone and took a shot. 1st impressions are important, and i think there was a lack of careful to make a real SPLASH, and not made it look like a cosplat photoshoot. #Batgirl

And 4) in a shared universe, consistency of tone is important. Makes sense, for example, Peter Parker paint a spider in a old coat in "Homecoming", because he's poor AF, he didnt have Stark or SHIELD money. [+]

But that is a shared sense of style of how these super suits should be. In the good old days when DCEU was stabilish, you can feel that (just see the Justice League suits), [+] #Batgirl

but with the slow transition between DCEU 2.0 and DCCM, comic book accuracy starts to pop out more (see TSS and Peacemaker for example). But the question remains: if this are in a shared universe, what that informs me about this factual universe? [+]

Even TSS have sprinkles of DCEU 1.0 designs, but in a rebooted universe (you know this is coming) with new stabilish rules, what this inform me about the perception of Keaton's new Batman? Or how heroes and villains are portrait? [+]

Accuracy for the sake of accuracy is good, but when there are stabilish rules, you wanna see that pay out. And all that in certain way connects to the Riddler discourse a few days ago: [+]

The Zodiac-style Riddler works because the rules of that Universe, and how the character stabilish the tone of the movie overall. You look at him, you know what to expect from the movie. And sadly, #Batgirl leaves that specific impression on people:

And i dont have the hate-boner that many have with DC-CW shows, but for a long list of reasons they adopt that style, and people recognize as such, and even they reach a point they have abandon the leather suit (mostly).

The point is, #Batgirl suit have good intentions, but its involvement in the bigger mess what Warner make his DC franchise obviously will impact on how people will perceive every aspect of this and other future projects. [+]

Because again, deny your past and your roots, is deny your future, and Zack Snyder put the bar REALLY high for quality of production for this movies to follow, in every aspect they are revealed. And people are right to have that expectations reached.
