Novak Djokovic v Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services and Cultural Affairs

Djokovic's appeal will be heard by a Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia comprised of:

• Chief Justice James Allsop
• Justice Anthony Besanko
• Justice David O’Callaghan

After arguments are presented, judges will retire to consider their ruling.

Djokovic's legal team are now arguing he isn't popular with Anti vaxxers. They argue that's because Australia revoked his visa people are campaigning, not his vaccination choice.

The argument seems to be that deporting him will increase Anti vaxx sentiment.....
The second argument is there's no evidence he fosters anti vaxx sentiment as he hasn't attended ot encouraged anti vaxx protests.

The reason anti vaxxers like Djokovic is because the Aus Gov cancelled visa, not his past comments on vaccines.

Novak Djokovic's legal team are arguing that he should be allowed remain out of custody pending appeal.

I'm sure those in detention would like the same.
Djokovic's legal team are keen to prevent the case being transferred to the Federal Superior Court as it would take too long and affect him playing in the #AusOpen.
Djokovic's legal team plan to challenge his deportation on:

• He isn't a medical risk to the public health wise & he is in good standing.
• Removing him could harm public order more than allowing him to stay.
• There's no evidence of antivax supporters citing him in the media

Cytomegalovirus is a common virus. It can be serious if a woman catches it during pregnancy as she may pass the virus on to her baby.

My son has CMV, if it had been screened for, early treatment could've reduce complications.

2/ A randomised control trial demonstrated a 71% reduction in the risk of foetal transmission when a high dose of Valaciclovir was given to women who seroconvert #CMV, (pass to foetus), in pregnancy.

1st Trimester Screening is a no brainer.
3/ The Valgan Toddler Study, a randomised control trial, showed no efficacy of late treatment where there is hearing loss caused by CMV, so the only opportunity to preserve hearing is by treatment in the new-born period.

Neonatal CMV Screening could prevent children going deaf.

Deputy Editor of race baiting newspaper trying to divert attention from the huge L in court.

Also, I'd rather the media just named Prince William as the person in question, instead of pussy footing about it, like they did his affair with the Rose lassie.
PS. Injunctions from the High Court in London are worthless in Scotland, my residence and no amount of legal pressure is going to erase the fact Prince William had an affair with Rose Hanbury.

Multiple UK news outlets have had evidence of the affair and his other comments, some even spoke of them on this site before legal threats saw them delete.

A Royal shouldn't be afforded extra protection from scrutiny than any other public figure.

Strange thing is Leicester's rate of child poverty is much higher than Liverpool. Hopefully they reflect and help a Foodbank. Image
.@lcfcawaydays_ should understand that since 2010, working class people from all clubs have suffered.

Leicester's Foodbanks are as busy as anywhere else. Child Poverty is higher there, than most places in the UK. I don't think that's funny, rather I'd like to do some good so. 👇
