A draft Executive Order to seize voting machines that includes the name Eric Coomer? I implore you to read the below threads to understand why Eric Coomer is so important. Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, OAN…this case is Grand Central Station.

Here is a thread specifically related to the deposition of attorney Brandon Johnson. Defending the Republic is a Mike Flynn / Joe Flynn joint. @visionsurreal@the_peetape@Heidi_Cuda
Mitch McConnell is on the floor of the senate gaslighting the nation once again. He is saying that tomorrow will be Joe Biden’s 1st year in office and he hasn’t brought the nation together yet.
The debate is on voting rights. I am done. A wee rant🧵👇🏻
Mitch is saying the democrats are using fear and panic to silence millions of Americans. This is not correct. Right now the Republicans are passing laws in the states they control to make it harder to vote. This notion of ‘silencing’ voters is so disingenuous.
The way a voter is ‘silenced’ is if they can’t vote. We have continually heard that 70 million Americans have been silenced in the last election. How are they silenced if we know they voted? There is a difference between being silenced and losing an election. They lost.
I’m not sure we are appreciating @marceelias enough.
We know Sidney Powell and others filed a number of lawsuits in a number of states to try to overturn the election. And we know there are 7 states who had false electors.
Now, we need to know this…Buckle up. A wee🧵👇🏻
This picture is still emerging. A conspiracy is being laid out before us. @TheJusticeDept@January6thCmte need to look very closely at this thread.
As I said, we now know Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Arizona all had a slate of false electors.
But now we can add the fact that 5 of the false electors in Georgia were also named Plaintiffs in a *pre-December 14, 2020* lawsuit in Georgia.

On the call with Judge Kelly, there is discussion about defendants in jail dealing with Covid restrictions not being able to review evidence against them. People could just get vaccinated, wear masks and wash their hands and not commit crimes. Have they tried that?
Also Nordean has been in solitary confinement for 30 days and his attorney doesn’t know why. No matter what we think of these defendants, they deserve adequate representation because we are a country of laws. It’s because he failed on Jan 6 he’s still afforded those rights, btw.
Bigg’s lawyer is arguing that the DC jail is a place where no one can adequately prepare for trial no matter the reason they are there. He says it is a very unhappy place. Really? Jail isn’t a pleasant experience? Sounds like a ‘finding out’ situation.
January 6th was a pretty bad day. It was a bad day for our country, it was a bad day for democracy and truth be told, no matter how much he reveled in it in the tent, on the stage, or in the dining room, it was a pretty bad day for trump. But it got worse for him on Jan 7th. 🧵👇🏻
January 6th was such a big deal that this intelligence community report seems to have fallen a bit by the wayside. This report is short, only 15 pages, so please read it. Here is the full version.
On Jan 7th, the National Intelligence Council presented this report to trump. One day after his failed insurrection predicated on an election he lost but said was stolen, he learned from his own team that even with Putin’s help undermining our electoral process he didn’t win.
I appreciate the @January6thCmte and the massive amount of work they have done thus far, however that doesn’t preclude me from having questions for them. By this point, they should have subpoenas and criminal referrals drafted for everyone they want to talk to ready to go. 🧵👇🏻
They asked for cooperation from Bannon who told them to go shit in their hat. They rightfully referred him to the DOJ who waited a month before before deciding to indict him. This would be fine if the committee had begun 10 months before they did, but they were late there too.
Once Mark Meadows was identified as someone the committee needed to speak with, they allowed him to play them. He cooperated, then he didn’t, then maybe he would, then finally he too, told them to go screw. Now he is on indictment watch after a late criminal referral.
