Add us to the protests. The "IT group" should not have any say in this case. They are the ones who created this problem by illegally selling #H1Blottery tickets in bulk for jobs that don't exist.

@ITServeorg timed the filing of their motion so the court case would drag on and the March lottery would go on as usual, allowing them to scam the lottery like they did last year.
The Chinese and Indian plaintiffs in the case are afraid that #ITScumAlliance will send their goons after them. In other words, the IT mafia is real.
When there is a whole cottage industry to exploit loopholes in the #H1Blottery, wouldn't you say it's time to make some changes @USCISDirector? It's so easy:

- Detect multiple filing fraud
- Increase fees ($10 is a joke)
- Block "H-1B consultancies"

KellyOCG sources labor for tech companies by pushing resumes of candidates mostly from India who are supremely unqualified. They attempt try to distract you from how bad the candidates are using local bimbos who escort the candidates to interviews.
Nothing more awkward than trying to administer a technical interview while a blonde from Insight Global or Kelly Outsourcing is sitting next to the candidate trying to look interested in Java.

Then you have to dodge said blonde who stalks you with a bag full of fake resumes.

Send an email to SEVP@ice.dhs.gov with subject line "Attention: STEM CIP Code Nomination" and nominate ALL of the STEM fields for removal. Here is the list for convenience, feel free to attach it to your email.

This guy's job was to act as a watchdog for fraud. Instead, he defrauded the government to steal the personal data for a quarter of a million DHS and USPS workers and sell it to India.
Who would steal software and databases to develop a product to sell back to the government? Sounds familiar right? Charles KUMAR Edwards took a page out of the outsourcing playbook.
